Block Starts with DeShawn Austin

DeShawn, from Virginia, came to one of my very first hurdle camps about four or five years ago, and now he’s a junior in high school. He’s got a real sold foundation technically and he picks up on instruction very quickly. This was our second session together since reuniting. Hurdles were at 36”, spaced one foot in from race distance. After the first couple reps we worked on tightening up the arm action and being more aggressive between the hurdles.
