    Personally doing my 5 day ULPPL split is definitely better for me having weekends to rest and recover but everyones different hope the grind is going well.

    i want to start training everyday too man, i train at home so i can, and i feel like if i truly arrange the sets evenly throughout the week i can alocate the volume of ny training pretty confortably eveb without days off

      @@Kaizen.Infinity no man, im already training, im doing dips right now, but my split is 4 days a week im thinking about going to seven

      Let's go!!! Love it. Remember, not every work out has to be 100% intense. You can even do yoga one day but that counts as something everyday! Good luck!

    I wanna do this but im afraid that if i go everyday without a rest day it might make my progress slower my goal rn is too get really strong while putting on as much muscle as i can im not an expert tho so what do you think
