West facing home ..south me 4×2 garden..plant ..grass....tulsi..parijat sarpgantha..small plants.. not transferable .please give me remedy..

When parking comes in south- south west direction in sw facing house...
The parking level is 1 feet down from the house floor level..
There is no other option for parking..
The plot is 45 degree tilted from its main axis.. ( so it becomes sw facing house)
East, west, north and south are at the corner...
In this case, what should we do...

गुरुजी मेरा प्लाट पूर्व मुखी और पश्चिम मुखी है आगे और पीछे दोनों तरफ रोड हैं परंतु कॉलोनी के अंत मे है I मेरे प्लॉट के पास कॉलोनी की दीवार बंद हैं आगे रास्ता cross नहीं होता है परंतु आगे खेती की जमीन ख़ाली पडी है I गुरुजी अभी प्लॉट खाली पडा है I तो उसमे मकान बना के रह सकते हैं या कोई समस्या आयेगी तो उसे बेचना उचित है I उचित मार्ग दर्शन देवे I 🙏
