A GIS based Telecom OSP Fiber Network Planning and O&M software based on Open Source

- With the progression of QGIS, PostGRESQL, PostGIS, NGINX, Tomcat, etc software, the road to develop a GIS based Telecom software for all Outside Plants' entities planning/designing/record keeping became more and more feasible.
We, as a group of software people, developers, operators, DevOpers decided to go ahead with this.
This may be just 1/5th of what an actually Telecom OSP software is because this software right now only caters for Aerial Telecom OSP for Bangladesh
However, this is not a Govt funded project but we need funding to further develop this software for World wide use (mainly 3rd world countries)
ArcGIS is very expensive and so is Microstation for countries like us
This is an initial software development

We are planning to host it for anyone to use it with donation request..
We shall try to upload this software as it is in Github or Gitlab soon for Community Edition to be tried.. We shall welcome donation like contributions to our group as it will take significant effort by special programmers and contributors to update this software to a more professional level

is there any special course (i mean certification) for the planner who can apply for the job? if I want to apply for the planner job which type of certificate should I have ??? please support ...
Usually trainings are imparted by the Telecom companies. They also issue the certificate. Educational institutions, as far as I know, do not offer this kind of training

We couldn't make significant progress in providing this software for SaaS to prospective clients like you due to Covid-19.
The developers, programmers, and the team could not get together.
As soon as this "Lockdown" by the Govt. is made a thing of the past, we'll do so and let you know the pricing model as a SaaS hosted with more improvement on this.
I think that will be another 2 months from now..

Is it any source code for learn this system?
Actually it is not an open source code thing It is a number of computer software programs included here, GIS data capture software we used was Leaflet, this date was captured by PostGIS of postgreSQL, the internet service software was TOMCAT , NGiNx was used and then JAVASCRIPT for front and back end of web development
So it is a combination of lot of programs
And once knowledge of outside plant inside plant of Telecommunications
One needs to learn a lot of things to develop a software like this
