The way in which Prabhupada gives an analogy for breaking down the misconception behind "idol" worship, thus offering up the esoteric meaning behind the use of stone or wood Deities for getting prayers to God, boggles my mind due to its' sheer SIMPLICITY - and yet it is pregnant with all of the valid points that display HOW such seemingly rudimentary a practise can actually access the most magnanimous Consciousness, Ultimate Reality, through that process of prayer. So simple, yet so complex! Wow. Astounding!
