"...wield any weapon, or any armor to suit your play-style" - lol that's why I first rolled a warrior in normal WoW xD (plus warriors have so many situational abilities). All jokes aside, Ascension is a really cool concept! The warcraft ability/combat design is great in any form. I have had a lot of fun trying Ascension
Yup Ascension is a lot of fun as long as You don't chase the meta. There are amazing combinations to explore, and game is really sanboxy so You can do what You want.

Custom everything reminds me of good old warcraft 3 RPG custom maps :D
Yeah that was pretty cool 😎 especially at the times when people were not chasing carrot on a stick but enjoyed some crazy fun unbalanced stuff.
DONT play PVP on Ascension ever, Unbalance....
I mean you can. Just chase the meta or play slows/dot hunter
Vanilla wow was completely unbalanced. So probably not that far off.
@@2005RavenR6 it's not even close, if you don't play one of the three meta specs of the season you cannot beat anybody in PvP and will most likely not be able to enter any raid. It was good the few first years, when they added random enchants the metas started shifting toward that and now it's only an illusion of choice, you really CAN'T play anything else than the meta RE.
doing pair in the lair or trio in the lair would be a fun vid.. let me know if ya need help with one.

@@venarioo idk I try it when it launch and the new system was worse than the previous one with add talent RNG.
Is so boring if you are trying to play different builds. Good server otherwise.

@@venarioo yeah idk the dev of the server seem really good for something for really stubborn to change bad systems it s what it is.
