Wow, Doris Speed steals the spot light once again.
Love this show because they think the answer to each and every problem is a brandy😂
Jim McDonald wouldn’t have let the burglars get away so easily, so he wouldn’t!
Exactly Jim McDonald would have give those burglers a bloody good hiding.
@@scottpeacock5492 So would Brian Tilsley.
Doris Speed was the victim of a burglary in real life after she left Coronation St. She went into Hospital and never returned to her home, quite sad.
Loving these 70s corries my fav era thank you so much auntie corrie2. ..another I not seen..
Elaine Marnick agree. Me and my girlfriend are binging from the mid 70s onwards. Love it 😍
They say the best years of corrie were 1976 to 1984. 1984 is around when a lot of big characters left the show.
@@seansmith445 My Corrie era spot on.
Jean Alexander was truly a great actress. The way she portrayed Hilda is absolutely amazing.
She was brilliant, in real life she was very cultured .
Loving these episodes from the year I was born. Wish there was more.
Remember this episode ' I was 8 years old.
I always thought Annie Walker's bedroom would be more opulent.
Caroline you comment on Celebrity Big Brother too?
Well done Annie!
I'm surprised Mrs. Walker's cupboards and drawers were so untidy and unorganized!
Young Mike Grady as the more timid burglar. Lol!
Played religious freak Ken in Citizen Smith.
He played the burglar in Bergerac the company you keep
The two poshest burglars ever.
Ty so much for uploading these episodes great fan from nz here❤
This incident, and Stan and Albert being locked in the cellar overnight is what made the brewery hire Fred Gee as a live in potman a few months later, and Fred was a big man and not to be messed with.
I think the Queen got her training from Annie when Michael Fagan got into the Palace.
Len Furclough was a bit of a sort back in the day
Never seen Len and Ray as energetic as this. 🥊🥊
Dosen 't the taller one bite Len in the neck?
I have..... In the Rovers😂
I was expecting more of Annie's bedroom - very mundane and cheap looking . Good episode though.
Great episode ty
Love Len fairclough best actor in it
Was this the best episode of 1975..
If it was Jim McDonald and Tony Stewart them burglars would be dead.
Annie Walker was a very brave woman
Lovely old furniture in the pub x
8:28 Len and Ray deep in conversation and not a mention of Jerry. Only two weeks after he died.
Rasputin from Murphy's Mob on the rob.
Who would ya like to share? Diedre...Emily...Rita...Gail...No no surely not Ena or Minnie...Come on let's have some answers????...Dare ya???
She keeps her money in the sewing basket you fool
Two kids beat up Len and Langton...Wtf?
You mean the other way around ' tho they did get away.
Hang on a minute! The lad in the glasses trying to rob Annie, was he in the funny Pepsi ad when he was trying to talk to a girl and she turns out to be foreign. Then he obviously doesn't understand her
He was Wolfie's mate in Citizen Smith.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤l love you coronation street fan micheál
23>42 Ironic Len saying that bearing in mind why he had to leave Corrie.

17:40 Hilda is amazing

Actually Ken, re; 'Hitler's quota of criminals': Germany under The Third Reich was virtually crime-free.
Kristallnacht and book burning weren’t crimes then ?
