Was at Sephora and the kids that were running around , literally smearing the samples everywhere, spraying each other with perfumes was crazy. I saw 5 people walk towards the exit with full baskets just put them down and leave the store . I felt for the Sales associates in the store .
Not sure if your interested but you should consider buying and trying Lisa Eldridge new skin tint. It's so light and literally doesn't feel like you have anything on but feels great. Just a thought if your looking for something new. I bought it online and love it!
For the issue with the lip balm, you can place a clip that is designed to hold papers. Like the ones some people use to cover razors when traveling. Since you bought a few more tubes I would repot it to an old Laneige pot as I know you have a few of those around! 😊 Thanks for the reviews!

I use milky cleansers after an oil or balm. My two favorite ones are Stratia Velvet Cleansing Milk and Isntree Yam Root Vegan Milk Cleanser. Both leave my skin clean, soft and hydrated. I am crazy about the Prequel Lucent vitamin C serum. I had harmed my skin barrier this winter and could NOT use vitamin c serum but Prequel fixed the problem for me and I love it. I have really seen results.😊
I immediately thought that this Finery was supposed to be a dupe for the Kayali Pistaccio Yumm. I haven’t smelled the Finery version, but that would have been my guess based on the color of the bottle alone. I LOVE the Kayali and it lasts a longer amount of time than I thought it would. It is a winter perfume and a spring hair fragrance for me, none-the-less. I adore how you also move scents that you don’t love to hair perfumes. I do the same. Scents that I don’t want to spray on my person are used for linens and laundry (eg: Rare Beauty body spray). LOL. Abbey, you and I have similar scent interests for sure. The Killian PRINCESS is amazing. Thanks for the rec. Keep ‘em coming.
The prequel sunscreen shocked me! I have really dry skin but it emphasized my skin in a not nice way. It brought out texture I never have wi the anything else. But love all the other products I’ve tried from them!
I wish the La Roche Posay UVmune line could be approved here in the US. I manage to order it in from the UK or EU. The cream is amazing for my drier skin. It’s amazing for hot North Carolina summers.
I love the about face foundation. It works better and looks more natural than my high end foundations. I apply it with thin layers with a brush to get the coverage I want. If you put on too much at first it can look heavy
These are some things I have bought and love: - the elf make up remover and I agree the fragrance is not great I dont know why they put fragrance in eye makeup remover. - Essence make a great waterproof eyeliners I only wear waterproof eye makeup. -Maybelline the falsies push up angel mascara, this is amazing the brush is angled so you get every lash. I think this is my new favorite sorry essence.
Hi Abbey! Unfortunately, sunflower oil that’s high in oleic acid does break me out terribly! but the brands never disclose which one they’re using so I’m really not sure about this cleansing balm. I’m not surprised that you didn’t try the gel yeah moisturizer! They really should have a fragrance free version and added more hydration! I personally like lightweight moisturizers, even though I’m dry + dehydrated because I’m also acne prone and heavy moisturizers tend to clog my pores so I usually just add some Vaseline on top to make them work!

You should try the La Roche Posay Caring Wash ( it's also in the Tolierane line ) but it's a step up in creaminess. It's sold in a tube not a bottle, but a slightly bigger tube than the Cicablast cream, you get 200 mls of product, so not as much product as the other Tolierane wash and I pay $25.00 Canadian for it. It's easily the best face wash I've ever used in my life and I turn 58 on Tuesday 😅
I love the variety of products in this review. You really do a great job discussing the pros and cons, the ingredients, how they compare to other products and how they work for different skin types and with other skin care products. I recently bought & have been using the About Face foundation. I can’t believe how smooth and flawless it makes my dryer and textured skin look. I have deep labial folds and marionette lines and it barely settled into them. I didn’t have to use a primer to blur them or my pores. Most foundations do settle in them more even with primer. My skin didn’t look or get particularly dewy. The finish was more natural overall to satiny in my T zone. I don’t like the wand. I pour a bit of foundation into my hand and use my fingers or other applicators to apply to skin. May stick a pump in it. I usually keep extra pumps around to replace wands or droppers in foundation bottles.
Hi Abbey ! I would love you to compare different shine sprays ! I started using a product for volume and hold that does wonders (grandiose mousse from oribe) but it makes my hair a bit dull. I need to apply something that would give it lots of shine while being lightweight on top but I don't really find reviews these products. Please please please 🙏
Hi Abbey! Gold Bond and Naturium both have good retinol body lotions that you could try out. I slightly prefer the Naturium because I think the dry down/soak in quality is a little bit better. Gold Bond is not bad though and is cheaper, but for me worth it to spring for Naturium. Thanks for another great video!

highly reccomend gen see's spectator sport mascara in brown if you are looking for a true brown mascara! i have asian lashes and this mascara holds a curl like nothing ive ever seen on the western market, the brown shade is a beautiful color for more soft makeup styles and its waterproof nonsmudging etc. love it!

I just feel like you should know that fragrance is irritating to face skin at this point in your life.

I think that Byoma milky cleanser IS excellent. I LOVE it! I’m so happy there is now a really good cleansing oil, that’s readily available at the store, and for a great price! I normally use Korean cleansing oils, order them online, but now I will be buying the Byoma from here on out. It’s perfect to me Edit: I thought you were reviewing the Byoma cleaning OIL 😆 until I saw you using it and noticed it was thick and white lol. The Byoma cleansing oil is amazing! It comes in very similar packaging

Try paris corner khair Pistachio. Pretty much a dupe for the kayali. It comes in a beautiful bottle, With a ton of juice. Lasts all day, And it only runs about $40
@@AbbeyYung did you see that L'Oreal ever pure changed the formula for the bonding shampoo and conditioner? It went from 3% to 7% now in the shampoo and the conditioner went from 11 to 12% and some of the ingredients are different.
Girl I love saltair SO much, I’ve ordered every single product and love it all, and I knew you would appreciate the lip oil balm, but I had the same issue with mine too!! And that’s why I haven’t repurchased 😢 if saltair could change up the packaging this would be the best lip product on the market!

The whole Elf hydration line is mostly all formulated great. The fragrance I can’t deal with though. I love the cleansing balm but the fragrance irritates my skin and I just don’t enjoy it. I agree it smells like household cleaner.
I can't wait to hear about different types of Vit-C. I have been using Timeless but L-ascorbic acid just jams me up with so many different prodducts I want to use. I also dont think it has changed my skin at all. I saw you used the needless serum with The Ordinary copper peptides, I thought they added copper peptides to the needleless serum?????? 😊

The Naturiun phyto lip balm has terrible packaging too. Does the same thing. You can’t squeeze it out of the actual tip of the tube. Mine busted I had pink lip balm all over the place.

Sooo sad to say goodbye to elf superhydrate 😢 while it had a strange texture, it was an amazing squalane-based moisturizer that didn't rely on hyaluronic acid like the rest of their line. It was lightweight, but it had amazing moisturizing power, and it's so sad that the replacement doesn't hold up!!
Hi Abbey! Have you tried Rudi Berry’s new chocolate dripped tubing mascara (with Beaubble). You might love it! I’m such a fan. I used to use Better than Sex in the brown, but always had some smudging. Not with this new one. I recommend giving it a try!
The prequel sunscreen went streaky and greasy on me, and I agree with it being too heavy. And I have dry skin, so things don’t often stay greasy, not a win for me unfortunately.

The ELF Gel-Yaeh is NOT like the purple Super Hydrate. I somewhat liked SH -- but, yeah, the texture was super weird and a bit frustrating. The GY stuff-- one, the fragrance (obstreperous), and, two, the pilling. Elf really sucks with fragrance. Great video, as always!
Dude same thing happened to me with the toasted salt air lip oil balm I literally screamed because I loved it so much and now it’s all sold out. Hope they are fixing the packaging. I bought multiple flavors and it hasn’t happened with the other ones. It breaks my heart how the Cicaplast gel BURNS when I put it on irritated skin. I get acne with the balm and in Spain the gel costs literally 10 euros so that's a shame :(

I don't mind either way, but I find my preferred compromise is when you include the clips of you flubbing over words or laughing at yourself. It's a brief interruption but still keeps the consistency of our dear friend Abbey.
As you like blushlighters, rare has launched or soon launches their blushlighters. Maybe it's something for you. Sometimes if I don't like a product, but it's tolerable, I use it on my feet, not to throw it out. 😉

@@AbbeyYung did you see that L'Oreal ever pure changed the formula for the bonding shampoo and conditioner? It went from 3% to 7% now in the shampoo and the conditioner went from 11 to 12% and some of the ingredients are different.
Girl I love saltair SO much, I’ve ordered every single product and love it all, and I knew you would appreciate the lip oil balm, but I had the same issue with mine too!! And that’s why I haven’t repurchased 😢 if saltair could change up the packaging this would be the best lip product on the market!

1 of my favorite DS mascaras is the Maybelline Sky high. I had decided that I too wanted a brown mascara and was excited to find the sky high comes in brown. I've been really loving it❤. I too have been hearing the Tower 28 brown is good so I might try that next..
Try putting a small binder clip on the end of the lip balm. Hopefully that should help.

I agree about the Prequel sunscreen! I was wanting to love it, because I love their face wash and I’ve been looking for a more budget friendly compared to the Kosas Sunscreen that I LOVE!! But the Prequel one, just didn’t work for me.
Have you tried the TANOLOGIST Hydrating Gradual Tan Lotion in the lavender tube? I’m right there with you with my distaste for the smell of most self tanners, but this one smells really good, in my opinion!!

The byoma spf30 gel moisturizer is great if you don’t apply makeup cause it gonna peel. But my husband loves it and it’s super hydrating and comfortable
Dude, I was at Target & sprayed a TON of the finery pistachio & loved it. By far my fave release, those notes were ME but it didn’t even last through the store. Such. A. Bummer!! I’m pretty positive it’s supposed to be a kayali inspired by actually.

The whole Elf hydration line is mostly all formulated great. The fragrance I can’t deal with though. I love the cleansing balm but the fragrance irritates my skin and I just don’t enjoy it. I agree it smells like household cleaner.
I can't wait to hear about different types of Vit-C. I have been using Timeless but L-ascorbic acid just jams me up with so many different prodducts I want to use. I also dont think it has changed my skin at all.

If I'm correct I don't think it's a significant enough amount of copper peptides for me to rely on that alone!
@@AbbeyYungOk I have been using both since I saw you were using both. On the website it advertises that the needless serum works in any skincare rountine but not sure copper peptides are that user friendly. I want to use it twice a day so had to stop using Timeless Vit C.
The Naturiun phyto lip balm has terrible packaging too. Does the same thing. You can’t squeeze it out of the actual tip of the tube. Mine busted I had pink lip balm all over the place.

Sooo sad to say goodbye to elf superhydrate 😢 while it had a strange texture, it was an amazing squalane-based moisturizer that didn't rely on hyaluronic acid like the rest of their line. It was lightweight, but it had amazing moisturizing power, and it's so sad that the replacement doesn't hold up!!

Hi Abbey! Have you tried Rudi Berry’s new chocolate dripped tubing mascara (with Beaubble). You might love it! I’m such a fan. I used to use Better than Sex in the brown, but always had some smudging. Not with this new one. I recommend giving it a try!

The prequel sunscreen went streaky and greasy on me, and I agree with it being too heavy. And I have dry skin, so things don’t often stay greasy, not a win for me unfortunately.

I hated the elf moisturizer. It gives a terrible user experience because of the smell. It will knock you down.
I think the Fine’ry perfume was maybe supposed to be a dupe for the Kay Ali Yum Pistachio Gelato.
Question for you about spraying perfumes on our hair - don’t perfumes contain alcohol, which would dry out the hair strands? The last thing I want to do is experience extra dryness, so I am hesitant and wondering if you can speak to that a bit? Thanks Abbey!
The ELF Gel-Yaeh is NOT like the purple Super Hydrate. I somewhat liked SH -- but, yeah, the texture was super weird and a bit frustrating. The GY stuff-- one, the fragrance (obstreperous), and, two, the pilling. Elf really sucks with fragrance.

Dude same thing happened to me with the toasted salt air lip oil balm I literally screamed because I loved it so much and now it’s all sold out. Hope they are fixing the packaging. I bought multiple flavors and it hasn’t happened with the other ones. But I was putting it on the other day and I was like hmmm abbey needs to try this she will love it so I am so glad to hear you thoughts and that you love it too! Thanks for all your content! It breaks my heart how the Cicaplast gel BURNS when I put it on irritated skin. I get acne with the balm and in Spain the gel costs literally 10 euros so that's a shame :(
