    Don't you think the leftover milk of 15 days is too old to consume ?
    In case of butter it's different cause we can store it as it is or as ghee.

    This is the correct way of making buttermilk .. removal of fat is important .. every other video I saw were just blending curd with water .. and calling it buttermilk 😂😂😂.. like a kid can make that ! Buttermilk is hard work

      @@priyasrinath3426 yes, . Boil milk , once cool and leave it inside fridge .. you ll see thick layer of malai . This needs to be collected and stored in freezer daily. After 15 to 20 days you can make butter and then ghee out of it. Remember, its not a one day job. You need patience to collect it and then make butter.

      @@bns5826 That is his traditional butter is made and that butter is made into ghee. You can also churn curd to get the butter. I used to do it. Where I live I can buy unsalted probiotic butter. I use that to make ghee now.

    That water leftover (buttermilk) is excellent organic fertilizer for plants.
    Do not throw in drainage. Throw it in Garden. Let the plants and soil micro organisms be happy too.

    Milk -> heat -> add starter curd in mild hot condition or buttermilk or lemon juice Set for 8+ hours -> churn the thick curd with the wood churner for 20 minutes or less, add water 1:3 or 1:4 100ml curd:300ml water, step by step add 100ml water curn for 2 minutes then add water curn, then add water churn each time 100ml water. -> finally the butter will separate from the curd, remove the butter, the rest is buttermilk.😊 Add some ginger, cumin + Coriander leaves + Mint + black pepper. Enjoy refreshing energetic buttermilk 😊😊😊
    No chilli or onion or tomato or potato it will make poison or crazy.

    Mera method suno..malaai ko fridger mein hi rakhna..jis din ghee nikalna ha to aadha ghata phle fridger se bahar nikal lo..agar summer ka mausam hai to thodi malaai mixi k jaar mein daalker thoda sa chilled water daalo, do ice cube daalo..kuch second chalao, butter seperate ho jayega..itna jyada chalane ki need hi nahi hai, winters hain to lukewarm water daalo..butter alag krke jo dudh sa Bach jata hai usey Kai tarah se use kr sakte hain, curd bna lo, paneer bna lo, rabri bna lo, milkcake bna lo.bht tasty bnta hai

    Itna circus ki zaroorat hi nahi he, frm fridge take the malai, add water, grind it in reverse mode, no need to add ice cubes nd all. Immediately butter milk nd ghee gets seperates. We do this on weekly basis.
