Fun to see where this sport is now vs where it came from. The progression is crazy.. From clapped out Rangers & S10s with Frankenstein bikes breaking into "off limit" lands.. too decked out Mercedes sprinter vans, running pristine bikes dialed in by the best, riding on professionally groomed "Compounds" in the local OC/IE.. back when back flips were unheard of and the Metz heel clicker was legit.. or MJ and his no hander landings in the mid 90s lol.. rebels, drop outs and outcast to fukin SUPERHEROS. For health in 2024 I started taking Shilajit, it seems to really help me so far, Im gunna start cycling again soon and working out and eating better, it's just a cold mofo right now, I know those breaks suck or bends in titanium, I got one in my right tibia plateau.
