Morphing Rings // Ambient Modular with Lubadh, Morphagene, Rings & Beads

Welcome to the next instalment of my Morphagene series! I’ve been having a ton of fun recording Rings in to the ‪@MAKEN0ISEMUSIC‬ Morphagene, and then exploring those recordings! For this particular patch I was using Rings in the bell synthesis mode (I forget what it’s actually called!) I recorded a loop onto the ‪@instruo‬ Lubadh, which was then recorded onto the Morphagene, but I kept it playing on the Lubadh so I could blend between the two versions of the loop. As usual everything is gently modulated with my favourite LFO’s the Ochd from ‪@DivKid‬ and Instruo, they're great and give evrything some gentle movement. Thanks Ben! Yeh it’s great, I use them both so often, can’t remember how I only managed with the one Ochd! I just need to find something to fill that 8hp 1u gap I have left, I’m thinking a Krach (noise source module) any other recommends? And yeh, you might know something others don’t - got a few more interesting videos lined up for this ‘Morph’ series in the next few weeks! 🙂

I’d love to do that kind of stuff, scoring and composition, hopefully someday 😀 I guess that’s part of the aim with this kind of music, to create a mood, or a certain emotional response, be that relaxation, contemplation, or tension! Although it often comes from me getting lost in some sonic exploration and then trying to recapture that feeling
