Personally, I don't like seated leg curls, because your biceps femoris get crushed against the pad while you're working them. I also like to work the hams modifying the machine starting with emphasis on stretching and then on shortening.
Regarding to leg extensions, I also like to play with hip elevation, putting a pad on the seat then removing the pad, you get a really good work. You're so smart and brilliant, it's a really pleasure to watch your videos.
