I tend to pack everything to the limit, so I'd be interested to see how these fare, especially on the side seams, when they're really stuffed with clothing

Any issues come up with these?! I might grab a couple.

The 8 liter will be enough to store my wet clothes after swimming for a day trip ? , or the 2 litter will be enough for swim wear

How do these compare to Sea to Summit Lightweight Dry Sack?

Looks like a decent bag for washing clothes in if someone doesn't want to carry a scrubba which I assume will take up more bag space.

1 meter for 30 min… so it’s good to store phones and gadgets if I jump in the pool with it?

Could I get away with using this like a gym duffel bag? And which size would you recommend for such a use?

It’s not quite big enough for that! You could throw this into a bag with a shoe compartment, though 😃
