One nitpick to point out: CC Goku didn't experience all of the DBZ movies and that the events of some of those movies played out differently to fit in with how Dragon Ball Super - in the CC timeline - isn't contradicting anything. One of these films not being canon to the CC timeline, for example, would be Fusion Reborn because they didn't recognize Janemba and their first time as Gogeta is during the events of DBS: Broly, which is set shortly after the Universe Survival Saga.
Broly wins if its Arcade Broly, anime Broly is debatable while manga SDBH Broly probably wins due to how Gogeta was portrayed in the manga in comparison to Fu (Gogeta basically bonked him and Broly fought LB Gogeta with extended time limit and only lost cause he got sent away)

- Was so powerful that Vegito thinks there is no way him or LB Vegito can win, even 2 v 1
- Fights Hood saiyan + Goku + Hearts at once and hooded saiyan needs to get Broly away from the fight

SDBH scaling is inconsistent and generally do things just to promote cards. Manga Broly is weaker then anime or arcade Broly, but still generally fusion level give or take
First DBS is no different and has inconsistencies and second the arcade is fine nothing is to inconsistent Broly is just that strong and ridiculous that's all. He makes absurd gains and zenkais that's the whole point of him and why he has always been called the strongest since the 90s.
You gave some misleading info here he only outlasted LBSS4 Xeno Gogeta because for one Broly was amped and powered up greatly by the Dark Factor. Which the more Demigra increased his strength the stronger the others being powered up by the Dark Factor became. Broly got stronger and stronger Gogeta's time limit simply ran out
