- In This Video, my life long friend, Hannah lets me take a stab at doing MY FIRST break job on her 2008 Jeep. She sure must have a lot of faith in me to let me learn on her vehicle lol. What a trooper.
I will be starting a second channel soon to be able to post more videos that don't really fall in line with the content on this channel. It will be nice for me to share a little more of my life that might not fit the audience of my main channel. They are all hand made by me, from pieces of the old NNKH garage that was demolished this year (Chris helped lol). We will do our best to get them shipped out by Christmas, but I am making them one at a time by hand, so its pretty time consuming. Don't forget to check out my original Christmas song! For those of you who watched until the end, thank you in advance for your condolences. Hannah and I were friends since first grade, room-mates as young adults, and laughing/singing/dancing partners through it all. Losing her to Ampullary cancer last month was extremely hard on me AND everyone else who loved her. She was more like a sister to me than a friend. We had so many good times and memories together and for that I am so grateful. I am also truly blessed that I was able to be with her in her final days before passing and tell her I loved her and say goodbye. Not everyone has that invaluable opportunity so I consider myself so fortunate. I have a great deal of footage of Hannah that I would like to post once I get my second channel up and running. We were able to take trips and spend a great deal of time together this past year. She would be happy to know her memory will live on through these videos. - Auta a dopravní prostředky
I would really like to thank everyone for your condolences and continued support. I would love to respond to each and every one of you, but from the bottom of my heart to everyone who commented about Hannah or shared their own personal experiences with loss, thank you. It helped me tremendously. I don’t always check my “held for review” comment section because it can really get me down when people are straight up cruel for no reason (CZcams does this to filter some profanity and extremely inappropriate comments). But this time I’m glad I did. For some reason some really thoughtful heartfelt comments ended up in that section and many of them made me tear up, so of course I approved them. Hug and kiss your loved ones and cherish all the moments you have together, and when you lose someone you love, cherish and be grateful for the memories you shared. Jen I am so sorry for your loss, I can't imagine the pain you must have gone thru. or still going thru. Remember she is out of her pain now and laughing and singing in Heaven. It didn't dawn on me who Hannah was until the end, then i realized it was the lady who went on the boat ride with you and Chris and she was suffering from cancer. This video has me in tears. Take care and always tell the ones closet to you that you love them.

I forgot the video name. But I remember feeling really sad about her because she looked like she wasn't doing well but I didn't say anything so as not to ginx it. I just started enjoying watching Chris and your channels. The vids are a good balance between the spontaneous "Roadkill" adventure and teaching moments. Your learning journey forces Chris to become a better teacher.
Brake work is extremely risky. Not mentioned in the video, one of the most common mistake is to forget to pump the brake before a test drive. The brake pedal will go to the floor if you don't. This can lead to an accident if you forget.
Missed you Jen! ! I'm sorry for your loss 🤗❤🙏 Lost my composure when I watched the angelic and beautiful tribute piece about Hannah, May her beautiful memories be eternal. It hits home so much as I lost my beloved mother of 76 years to cancer in 2021.
I’m a huge Honda fan. I’ve had the same problem with the transmission in the past. What you can do and it does work most of the time but not all the time is;
Drain the trans fluid and refill w/ new. With the front of the car still jacked up off the ground run through the gears from park to reverse to L1,L2,L3 to drive and reverse again, doing that 2-3x’s.
Drain the fluid again and repeat 3-4x’s while the car is off the ground. 9 out of 10 x’s it will fix your 3rd gear problem. I’ve done it and never once it not work But if you choose to want to sell your civic, I would be interested in buying your car for my 16 year old daughter that is soon to be getting her driver license. The universe is very strange, I started this video 3 weeks ago but didn't finish it until today. When I saw the memorial at the end it was like a gut punch, but it really startled me because I knew a different Hanna Robinson growing up, who's father worked at Martinellis Apple Juice. Yesterday, I was telling a coworker about him, and then today I finished this video. I searched him up and found out he passed away this year. And on the opposite end, I cant truly put into words how very sorry I am to see this tragic news about your friend Hannah. Life is just so effin cruel! I lost my wife 6yrs ago after a heart transplant she was just 34. Time does not heal wounds, You just learn how to cope better with the traumas. I have no doubt she will be around you from time to time trying her best to keep you safe. God bless and a late heavenly birthday to Hannah, who just by those few short precious clips appeared to be such a beautiful soul and beautiful human 🩷💔🩷

Good god that is insane how tight those lug nuts were on! Good thing she did not have a flat out on the highway. And yes , some never seize would have helped the situation.
The clutches and bands are worn out in your car. Some automatic transmissions have a bolt on the side you can use to tighten the bands you might want to have Chris check the transmission for the bolts and have him tighten the bands. It'll help your transmission shift.

Nobody knows how to do a job until it's been done. You have an excellent inspector to guide you and you did a good job on those brakes! At the end I choked and my eyes welled up. It wasn't that long since Hannah was on your channel. I instantly liked her and I knew she had a good heart. It's a rough experience to lose a friend like her, I know how you feel. But.. we never really die you know. The body dies, but the true essence of who we are, the part we know our selves to be, never dies. She's still around you Jennifer, right next to you. Nice. I’m laying here in bed with a torn up knee in extreme pain basically bed ridden waiting on a MRI. I called my friend Lonnie who I met in the Army when we were 20. We are both 58 now. He lives 100 miles away. I called as said I need some help and he dropped everything and is waiting on me hand and foot. Two brothers could not be closer, a true friend is hard to find and a blessing. I thank God for him. I hope your friend and you stay as close and true as we have, God Bless.

Oh Also on your Civic check your shift Silinoids my 2000 accord has 4 of them they where clogged up and my 2nd to 3rd shift did the same thing . If there clogged up it will cause that. Love your edits and humor and the music placement is perfect . I like how you got the hammer hit to match the snare in the song :-) . Bass players notice that stuff 😂
Did you end up replacing the solenoids or did you brake clean them out and how many did you replace? I've always thought Hondas were fun and peppy but had weak trans. Had one that would flash the D light and felt like the cat was plugged because it wouldn't go into 4th or something. Long long ago when I was a kid.
@@LAactor hi LAactor . I cleaned them all out . Each one has a small
Screen and everyone was plugged to the 10th degree . I had the codes and the lights on the Trans display too. That was 180,000. I did the cleaning and new fluid and have 220,00, and it's still going . I the car for 200 bucks from a friend it was at a Trans shop and he was told it needed to be replaced . Hondas in this year range are known for weak Trans but at the same time, their motors are known to be bulletproof .
Hope you dont take this wrong , but Chris sucks as a teacher, He will get better with age. Admittedly It is WAY more difficult with those close to us. I had a general repair shop for 43 years and more apprentices' than I can remember. The greatest reward is when you witness your student become the teacher.
@doctorprick2843 no not at all Doc in a perfect world Chris shows he's experienced but to teach is way different . No one can learn without some guide ,he does a good job but if he went into all the technical stuff she would be lost . It's just a show so you have to take that into consideration . I get 43 years makes you qualified to say what you said and can respect your right to say it.

Damn Jen, I`m crying cause I kinda feel your pain. I cannot even feel a tiny bit of the pain you must feel after a loss like your experiencing losing a friend like Hannah. Many people can edit but few can make the viewer FEEL like you can. Add to that your voice, and just the overall projection of love you portray. Makes you the awesome person you are. I hope Chris realizes how blessed he is to have you as a partner. I can only hope Hannah found Christ before her passing and hope the same for you guys. Its the most important thing in this world "to do."

You did an awsome job on the brakes, love your courage to take on new things. and such a beautiful voice! We lost our son to cancer at the age of 28. You never forget but it gets easier to deal with over time.
