Alliteration,Repetition and Assonance

Alliteration
In this figure of speech we find a repetition of beginning consonant sounds of two or more near words.
(1) - She sells sea shells by the seashore.
(2) - My mother makes Maggi for me .
(3) - Closed my lids and kept them close.
Repetition-
In this figure of speech a word, a phrase or a full sentence is repeated two or more than two times to emphasize something.
(1) - If you think, you can do it, you can do it.
(2) - Let it go, let it go ,
Can't Hold It Back anymore.
(3) - Tyger ! Tyger ! Burning Bright
in the forests of the night.
Assonance
Assonance is a figure of speech in which same vowel sound repeats within words phrases or sentences.
(1) - Silent Night Holy Night,
all is calm, all is bright.
(2) - on a proud round cloud,
in white high night.
(3) - Dear come near and fear not.
