Babyco IS the marble machine. There's also tbe part where tim is hanging onto the car Boss Baby is driving and it jumps to the parents perspective and they're going slow af.
Tim fell asleep wondering about the new baby wakes up at 7am at the end with a real new baby arriving he dreamed and imagined the whole thing with his over active imagination...my 3 yr old watches it multiple times a day and thats the conclusion I came to

I believe it’s a much more realistic theory that he suffers from schizophrenia rather then anxiety.
