The Volvo s40 after a lifted with a 2.0 diesel engine is an absolutely great car. What surprised me personally was the fantastic handling and silencing of the engine. The dynamics, fuel consumption and flexibility of the engine at higher speeds are impressive. Great minimalist finish inside. Volvo s40 is a good proposition for a 2 + 2 family, especially since you can get a well-kept copy (like the one I was driving) at a very attractive price. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

Hello, small mistake in your video. The 2004-2010 Volvo S40 2.0D had a 4 cylinder engine with 136PS. This is the facelifted D3 model, with a 2.0 5 cylinder diesel engine with 150PS. Awesome car.

D3 miały 150 KM, mała nieścisłość w opisie :) Film dobrze zrobiony, pokazuje auto w codziennym użytkowaniu.

Wszystkie 2.0 D mają w rzeczywistości minimum 150 KM . Te 136 wynika z przyczyn poza technicznych .
@@michakalabinski7453 Mam w Citroene C5 X7 silnik 2.0D RHR czyli ten sam co w Volvo S40. To jest 4 cylindrowy silnik 136 KM faktycznie odczucie jego może sprawiać że ma więcej koni. Ale w przypadku tego filmu jest to silnik 5 cylindrowy 150KM

same problem, there are bluetooth adapters that are placed in the smoking hole, I have one but its kinda trashy, probably best to use discs

Model produkowany kilka dobrych lat, ale fakt że Volvo zawsze było „surowe”
Generacja niezwykle długo produkowana :D mam model s40 z 2006 wyglądający identycznie, z różnicą taka, że kierownica po obu stronach ma przyciski :DD

It does sound like a 5 cylinder though...more like 2.4 than 2.0
this is the 2 litre d3. same as D5 (2,4L) but with a smaller displacemen, so still 5 cyl!

@@mikimauzokanalas2479 yeap a real volvo engine! D3/d4 is the same engine just different maps and d5 got a bigger displacement.

@@mikimauzokanalas2479 yes! The d2 is good aswell, tho it's "just" a updated 1,6D. But i wouldn't hesitate to buy one with decent milage. The engine will outlast the rest of the car anyway.
This car is not very healthy. There is a weird whooshing sound with the engine.
