Swansea footballer Yan Dhanda has accused social media giants of "adding fuel to the fire" by not taking stronger action after he was racially abused on Instagram.
The account has been blocked from sending messages - but only temporarily.
Dhanda says it shows that those behind the abuse can get away with it.
