  • Flying ScootPLUS - Full Review - Is It WORTH IT? #flightreview #scoot #aviation
Folks - Hop on Board Scoot, the budget Singaporean carrier as I fly in their pseudo-Business Class known as 'ScootPLUS' from Singapore to Melbourne on this 7 and a half hour flight. First we deal with a 3 hour delay at Singapore's Changi Airport where they hand out muffins, but finally we do take off towards Melbourne.
ScootPlus cost a little more than the average Full Cost Carrier charge for an economy seat in this instance, but is the upgrade worth it? Check it all out with me as the Boeing 787 takes us from South East Asia to South East Australia!

A two hour delay can be troublesome but with the Captain coming to speak to guests directly and the range of snacks and a muffin :) sounds like scoot made it professional and tolerable. All in all great review!

Not heard of scoot but always love your flight reviews.
    The airport looks huge.
Shame for your delay at least you got a muffin haha
    Lunch looked good.
    Seat looked big Andy.
I think overall a good flight.

Changi is massive and now has four terminals. Scoot were ok but I prefer air Asia even though scoot have this basic business offering. Thanks as always for your support 🙏

One more useful review. Your Airport reviews are always candid and genuine. This Airport looks huge yet crowded. Its nice that you atleast got a muffin to compensate the delay. Thanks for sharing your experience.

I have never heard of Scoot before. I'm all for the better seats, and included food option. Seems like a good deal overall though. Any airline can have delays these days, no matter what you pay.

Yeah timing was an issue getting home so late. Wouldn't have mattered in an AM arrival. Thanks for watching!!

Scoot plus review was great. Muffins in all. Too bad about the 2 hour delays. Looked like its wasn't bad.

The flight was all good the delay was very annoying mostly because of the timing of the flight. If it was an overnight flight it wouldn't have mattered nearly as much thanks for watching

I've been curious how flights to Scoot are, thanks for sharing Andy. I have yet to try it out, maybe when I visit SG.

They are ok I've had three or four on them although a couple of significant delays in there. Thanks for watching.

I'm undecided on how I feel about "Scoot" as an airline name LOL. But another thorough and helpful review.

I am not sure about an airline named Scoot... 😂. So about 480$, hmm how long is the flight again? Also what was a ticket price for the same flight at economy? Ah delays, at least they brought out refreshments. You never get that from any US airlines 🤦. If it was the only flight I was doing at the time I'd probably put out for the extra legroom. I always love the exit rows specifically for that reason. I like all the power sockets for the phone.

Economy is less than half that but then you pay for meals, seat selection and baggage. Probably all up around 59 to 60 percent of that fare but can be cheaper during sales m around a seven hour flight Singapore to Melbourne. Depending on tail winds or lack there of . Thanks for watching!

I’ve never even heard of scoot airlines. I hate airline delays. What makes delays better a “muffin” ha. Ha.

SCOOT is run by Singapore Airlines and are a decent budget option in SE Asia. There are a lot of choices in the region which keeps the prices down. The delay was unfortunate, but can happen anywhere. I also use Air Asia when flying this part of the world that have super cheap prices often. SCOOT don't fly across to the States or any of the Americas, which is probably why you haven't heard of them (Singapore do) thanks for watching!
