In the years that I have been using my air fryers, I have made a lot of mistakes. Especially as a beginner. But you learn from making these mistakes.
Air frying is all about experimenting and a lot of times you also discover exciting new things to make in your air fryer. Have you ever tried air frying marshmellows for instance? Try it, it tastes like cotton candy.

I over fill all the time. Usually I correct this mistake by mixing, moving, or tossing the food items around in-between cooking cycles. For crisper results
I forget to preheat. I find it cooks more even and a lot faster when preheated empty

I wash Everything before it's first use. Even new clothing.

My fries kind of burned on first and 2nd try not sure why
