I chatted with an “agent” on their support chat about my channel that got subscription botted just under a year ago. I’ve contacted them 3 separate times through their support chat, explained my situation in detail with screenshots and proof, and they still couldn’t help me. They gave me suggestions like “follow our guidelines”, “report the channels”, etc. They wasted my time and did everything but help me with my actual problem. They also told me that “we are not seeing anything wrong with your channel subscriptions” as if there wasn’t a 2,000+ spike on my channel in the span of two weeks which I provided proof of. I told them that they need to get a better system or have workers in larger quantities, because their “system” as is is complete dog shit

Also, I have plenty of videos where I’m cussing and the monetization for those videos are just fine. They say as long as it’s not excessive and prevalent throughout the entire video, they deem that as fine. So I don’t know what’s going on here. It sucks I know. And I’m also glad that you mentioned that this is probably happening to other content creators that are bigger. Their system is complete shit. Unbelievable for such a big and wealthy company

The human review part has got to be false. How many thousands of videos does CZcams have to review when creators file a dispute over the demonetization verdict? I doubt they are paying large numbers of people to sit and watch every second of a video to pick out what is wrong. A human review may be a person watching a few seconds of a video where the AI thinks there is an issue.
I might be coming late to the party here, but it seems your entire account is now under extensive review. Have you created a new channel from scratch, new Gmail account included?
What if you went back into one of the vids and bleeped out the cus words and repost it, then see what they do. I wish I knew what to do. I customer all the time and people get pissed at me.
I bet there's plenty of big youtubers who are saying worse and not getting demonetized, this is actually outrageous
