We buy a home there,regardless of price,theres no way I will jump thru other owners plans on when the house will be taken,,too much like a time share.
No need to jump through other owners’ plans. Pacaso has a “Smart Stay” app that ensures equitable time for all owners. Also, owners have part ownership of a real estate asset.
@@barryc.dickerson regardless,when me or the wife gets freetime and want to come down,we want to be alone or with family only,,and 100% ownership,as i can easily see this is managed by some group,where all costs for yearly maintenance plus all those recurring,hidden fees that are so outrageously priced,,you'ld want to give your portion away.Very much a more expensive time share is all this is,and I can see the skyrocketing prices that will be used for upkeep,ect. Were coming down in Feb to look,then buy on Marco,a home,not a condo.

Actually, the home faired quite well during the hurricane and experienced minimal damage and no flooding, given its elevated position. Pacaso reports that the repairs have been done and it shows just as well as before!
I suppose if you don't mind sharing mattresses and stuff like that with strangers or you plan on bringing it with you every time you visit your home this is laughable
What's wrong with this house
It's like a timeshare. You have partial ownership and can only use it for about a month and a half each year.
There are some similarities, but it's uniquely different. I recommend going to www.pacaso.com for complete details.
This is nothing but timeshare scam get ready to get screwed on maintenance costs and a whole bunch of other cost shit. They even had to get a realtor from out of town
