Great question, Sharon. Every home is governed by zoning laws, so no home owner has complete autonomy with their home. In SWFL, the vast majority of luxury homes are located in HOA communities, where fees can be as high as $800/month. When you can find a home that's only $500/year, that's a big win! Remember, people are all different with different capabilities. What's not affordable for some is easily affordable for others. Ok. It was a secret until now, but I'm 6'1" tall. Given that, the doors are probably 7' in height. The ceiling height varies from room to room. The vaulted ceiling in several rooms add a lot of space. Hope this helps!

Great observation! As I stated, the price doesn’t include the lot, pool, and upgrades. As shown, that model home is just at $1M. When it’s actually time for the builder to sell the models, it will definitely be priced above its current price. Thanks for your question?

As shown, the price for the Stellar model is only $1,100,000, when you add in the lot premium, interior upgrades, the pool and other exterior upgrades. Also, it has a 3-car garage.
