They're all very beautiful. I think my most favourite ones are the sharks, because I really love sharks and the double page with the beautiful sun beams.
As for the paper, I can highly recommend buying the German version of Johannas books. The paper quality is sooo much better. I have some English versions as well so I can compare them. The paper on the German ones has a nice tooth which works amazing with all colored pencils and also with medias like watercolors. Where I had so many problems with smooth layers of watercolors in the too smooth English versions. I had a lot of white spots and had to work 3-4 times over the same areas where you just need one layer for the German paper. German version also has a super white paper, which makes the colors glow much more (have a comparison video if you want to see the difference)

Sometimes I adapt the page to the season. In the book, I did an Easter page, st Patrick’s page and just finished my spring sharks. Love underwater theme 😊🌊

Hi !!! Honestly even Crayola super tips work amazing !!! Some other random cheaper ones are great too !!! But i love the Arteza H2O and tombow for more expensive brands . For fineliners the staedler ones worked great !
