What got me was the wood floors, when the patterns and colors began to change, secondly every family doesn't have change, and desire to have a dog house in the wall of their family room. For that price deal breaker. Bedrooms are small, exception the Master , when was this home built,? You said the kitchen is renovated that is a plus. The house doesn't match the price tag.
