Any movie by Quentin Tarantino is rewatchable
agree!
+Kevin L i agree
agreeeeee
I wouldn't watch any of his movies again.
in other hand I only liked Kill bill vol.1 and Inglourious basterds
+Kevin L Not Death Proof.
Pulp Fiction definitely rocks! I could watch it a million times...just like the rest of Quentin Tarantino's films!
Dirk Kelly agreed
Jungle fever ain't bad either js
My list:
10: Gravity (2013)
9: The Breakfast Club (1985)
8: Stand by Me (1986)
7: Rosemary's Baby (1968)
6: The Social Network (2010)
5: Sleepaway Camp (1983)

3: Dawn of the Dead (1978)
2: Ferris Bueller's Day Off (1986)
1: Back to the Future (1985)
What about harry potter ?
great shout with The Social Network. despite a lack of nostalgia I find myself watching one scene and getting pulled into watching the whole movie. great writing, great scenes and probably above all... great pacing!
Home alone is my most rewatchable film
Yeah, because here in Portugal, in christmas, since the the 90's, is always on TV and I've never lose one time... Sorry for my english, hope you understood.
Me and my kids watched it a number of times.
TOM Murphy i watch it every christmas eve lol
I watch it every year for times I don't even count . Always seems new
I know besodes aome other
Home Alone anyone? Every fucking Christmas it's on TV. Can't really help but re-watch them.
Hell yeah
no. hate that film. if any xmas film should be considered, it is "Die hard"
Michal Lewinski Well, certainly Die Hard is one of the definitive x-mas movies, but not quite as frequent to see on TV. At least not in my experience.
+Alec Xander well obviously it won't be one tv as much!
No series or trilogies
Who the fuck would watch the royal tenembaums at a party?
Who wouldn't?!
Gwyneth Paltrow fans........so nobody.
+rs71 that movie was boring AF . Will never watch again.
😂😂😂
A party with people who have good taste in movies
Inception accomplishes so much on so many levels it’s crazy. It’s insanely good as an action blockbuster, sci-fi thriller, or even as a philosophical story. So good
I can watch FORREST GUMP a million times and never get bored of it...
Breakfast Club. Anytime i come across it flipping channels, I always have to stay at least 10 minutes to watch whatever part it is.
i think that movie was shit
+jaypicness same
i agree. i love it. its loaded with emotional memory for me, and probably you too. if you dont like the breakfast club you can go and suck a cats ring hole. you fuckbuckets. anyway, this list on here is utterly shite. royal tennenbaums? for the love of fuck- a comedy? its airy fairy clever humour, for cardigan loving academics. its shite. real humour is jim carrey. other classics - not on this list - and incidentally this list is just so fucked up and pish - i agree with almost NONE of it. In fact, how the fuck do these arsholes get a job? who decides this pish? i will agree with PulP FIction - as its a marvellous film. Tom Hanks is GOD but all other films are not even worth a watch never be excited over them. where the fuck is GLadiator? or 300? or american beauty? cmon to fuck AMerican Beauty is - in my opinion - the greatest ( i say this with caution - and based on the relative age you appreciate a movie; whether its more Thought Proving/celebreal/cognitive/subjective IN contrast to excitement, action, nostaligia, or sheer visual accomplishment) American Beauty is a masterclass.
Ferris Buehler was waaay better.....right?
Breakfast Club was shit. What do people enjoy about it?
to me the movie to rewatch over and over again is the naked gun
YES!!
Absolutely!Every time you see it gets always better!
And Airplane
The Shawshank Redemption is missing from this list.
10/10 would not watch again
It would’ve been the fourth movie from 1994 on the list. Good year.
It’s boring af
yes I 've watched it over a dozen times at least
@@youngdemimonde2344 Boring if you have a short attention span or if you're only into action flicks with no meaningful character relationships..Shawshank is a classic and one of the best movies of all time
Shutter Island is a good movie to rewatch as soon as you finish watching it the first time.
All the classics are rewatchable that’s why they are classics
I would have to say The Shawshank Redemption would DEFINITELY be on my rewatch list.
+David Tyner OMG that is 100% right
Yes DEFINITELY .....If you don' t have Shawshank on your list..then you don't know shit about movies
I can watch The Matrix over and over. That part where Neo's fighting Morpheus, and he gives that little smirk.
@Anomander Rake Bruh...
Matrix is trash
@@AnirudhBalakrishnan777 you have shit taste kid
I watched "the Godfather" more than 20 times.
@@umershaikh8012 You are just too young for good movies

Shawshank redemption
Its pish.
One time watchable

@Late Reviews you are 12
@Late Reviews Grow up and rewatch the movie, come back to me with a valid opinion. "Its too slow..." get real kid. It's some of the best character development and story building to date. AND THE WHOLE POINT is he's innocent. Which you find out halfway through. Since you claim to have watched this I don't feel too bad for ruining that aspect. I'm sure you are the type of person who has always had instant gratification your whole life and its gotten you to where we are now... you can't take the time to truly appreciate art that takes time to grow on you, which is always the most rewarding and most heartfelt. Next time you evaluate a movie or a show or anything make sure you are doing it inside of a closed room and a closed mind. Don't be distracted by the next thing or 10 other things/people that are trying to steal your attention. I urge you to rewatch this movie from start to finish with zero distractions and zero breaks, unless absolutely necessary. It's one of the best movies about hope and the human condition to date. Retry.
I think Fight Club should be in this list. Great acting, an incredible Twist and the movie ist very quotable too.
Trash

Great list but almost all of them are parts of a movie franchise. So, you see why they didn't include them in the list. Agree with the rest of your choices though!
the lion king is a trilogy so they didn't follow their own rules so in my list of ones they forgot, i also included franchises because if watchmojo doesn't follow their rules, why should i
I could rewatch Toy Story above ANYTHING else all day for the rest of my life. (If that was the actual case)
Toy Story is only good if you're under ten.
you possess a real talent for responding to a list of 10 with a list of more than anyone would stop and count
The first rule of Fight Club is you watch it every time you get the chance.
The second rule of the Fight Club is you again watch it whenever you get chance..
His name is Robert Paulsen...seen it at least dozen times or more..why isn't it on the list???
Back To The Future.. didnt make this list?
They said no franchises
haven't seen all the movie in list but I guest Home Alone will be in it because Christmas never be complete without watching it
Guessed...
hehehe sorry for the typo
+bobbywrtm home alone is not a stand alone movie
+bobbywrtm Die Hard is my christmas movie^^

Scarface???
I thought number one was going to be “The Shawshank Redemption.”

Forrest gump
Shawshank Redemption
Lion king
Dumb and Dumber
Pulp fiction
@@user-yg1hu6bo3y nah 1957 was better year for mocies
Shawshank is a masterpiece but it's too emotionally draining. I've seen it twice and I'll probably never watch it again, unless I have kids i want to show it to someday.
I must have watched Troy 100times I memorized the dialogue from beginning to end. ü
And I have seen the sword fighting seen many times, love the background music. My favourite is Hector.
Where's the Shawshank Redemption?!?
ikr!
Yes
+Zev Davidson I was so gonna ask that. I'm glad you did.
I'm stunned they left Shawshank out.
+Zev Davidson It was at this moment that WatchMojo realised...
lol I was thinking that
harry potter, terminator, lotr and star wars
+DATSATOILET franchises.
And jurasic world

+DATSATOILET did you miss the opening bit?
+Kaboum HD Franchise
"WE ARE NO LONGER THE KNIGHTS WHO SAY 'NEE!'. WE ARE NOW THE KNIGHTS WHO SAY 'ICKY, PICKY, BICKY BOO!'
Neep is Middle English for turnip.
My list is: 1. The Shawshank Redemption. 2. The dark knight. 3. The Godfather. 4. The Judge.
Godfather and dark Knight disqualifies because they are parts of a sequel (they mentioned that in the beginning) but definitely Shawshank should be #1 and replace to Dark Night and Godfatehr with Fight Club, and Goodfellas
@@vivianbutler5851 but who mentioned about non-franchise movies,?

+Seni I'd rather Lock Stock, but Snatch was also awesome.
+Seni If only all women were that inviting.
The Prestige should definitely be number one I love Monty Python as much as anyone else should, but the amount of clever cinematography and foreshadowing in The Prestige makes it so damn rewatch-able for me.
Wanted would also be on my list for similar reasons.

- Ferris Bueler's Day Off
- Stand by Me
- The Goonies
- Shutter Island
- Raising Arizona
- The Rock
- Edward Scissorhands
- Interstellar
I watched "Inception" like 5 times in a month, it's so good

How could you have forgotten "Catch me if you can" (Leonardo DiCaprio)....? Totally rewatchable
Prince Extasy OMG finally. agreed much!
Agreed here also.
great movie... also a great acting by Tom hanks :)
Prince Extasy yeah i agree so muchhhh
+ Prince Extasy Yes it is. Christopher Walkin & Tom Hanks rounding out this star - studded cast .
I’ve seen Pulp Fiction 7 times now. Every time I rewatch it I find out something new about the movie I previously missed.
So truee
Eyes wide shut has more depth to detail than Pulp Fiction.
Where is “The Usual Suspects”. This is a movie that needs more than one viewing to really understand what is going on.
yeah, and then you realize Kevin Spacey is trying to be something he's not, too creepy.
Fight Club is that way too...and not just because of the main twist
Breakfast Club,
The Dark Knight,
Die Hard,
Donnie Darko,
The Back to the Future Trilogy,
Ace Ventura: Pet Detective,
John Wick,
Rocky Horror,
Forrest Gump,
Mad Max: Fury Road
They`ve excluded trilogies
No pulp fiction not counting it

Blade runner is slow paced. Good but not rewatchable
Green mile? rewatchable.....cried my eyes out why do u want to do that to urself again
right
Gladiator
Oh my God, you're absolutely right, I can't believe it's not on this list.
Idk how they left Gladiator out and put in stupid fucking Cabin in the woods.
YES.
Haven't thought about it a lot but my top 3 most rewatchable movies might be:
Goodfellas, Snatch, Pulp Fiction
My rewatchable films:
One True Thing: Loved every main character in this, Merle Streep, William Hurt, Renae Zellweger
The Big Lebowski: Mostly for Jeff Bridges' totally chill character
The Secret Life of Walter Mitty: (2013 )For the Scenery and the ending! That movie always cheers me up when I am blue.
Rear Window and Vertigo: Any of Alfred Hitchcock's movies
Blazing Saddles
Fargo
Once Upon a Time in the West
Sleeping With the Enemy: Don't know why I would watch that again, just would.
Inception
Limitless: Where can I score some of those life changing pills? LOL

Ferris Bueller's Day Off: Although it's about to fall into my next list.
Indiana Jones first movie and the one with Sean Connery in it.

Jungle Book (Original Disney Version)
The Silence of the Lambs
American Beauty

Forrest Gump
The Dark Knight is a movie I can watch for eternity.
Royal Tanenbaums? Mean girls? Mrs Doubtfire? Inception?
Who the fuck made this list?
How the hell is Shawshank Redemption not on this list or even an honorable mention?
Shawshank should have been #1 on the list...and what about Fight Club, Silverado, Goodfellas, Apocalypse Now and Saving Private Ryan I think more people re-watch these films than most of the crap that in this video...Inmy opinion the only legitimate entries we're Forrest Gump, and Pulp Fiction

the Martian
Forest gump
Heat
Seven
Scarface
Goodfellas
Rounders
Pulp fiction
40 year old virgin
Gone girl

Terminator 2
Lethal weapon 2
Bad Boys 2
Aliens
Disney/Pixar deserve their own lists
plm2879 bad boys 2?
Frankly, my favorite things about Pulp Fiction will always be philosophical gangsters, violence and profanity that are hilarious without being cheesy or immature, and, of course, Jules Winfield's moral epiphany cemented by his experience with a restaurant stick-up.
They put *Rocky Horror Picture Show* in the opening, but not on the list? It should've been #1!!
Really? I can't stand that movie AND i really don't know why. But i think Blazing Saddles should be #1
jat7215 Okay, *Rocky Horror Picture Show* is more of a cult classic; I'll give you that. But it's a very popular one. I've got to admit, though, you can't beat Mel Brooks.

My top 5 in no particular order:
Elf
Back to the future
Home Alone
Home Alone 2: Lost in New York
Ratatouille
These are just movies that I have seen so many times, and for a good reason. They are good movies.
Almost forgot Raiders of the Lost Ark
This explains that you are a kid
You FORGOT THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION! I've seen that movie like 10 times!
where the fuck is home alone?
Oh, God, Thank u so much... U saved my boring night... God Bless you :)
Joel Hiemstra Ikr
Joel Hiemstra Its apart of a series tho so maybe that is why.
At home. alone I hope
In my country, home alone is played every year during christmas holidays. I mean every YEAR. yeah u heard me every year.
LORD OF THE RINGS TRILOGY!!!!
And any movie by Mel Brooks
The rule was no series or trilogys.
I was wondering what could possibly beat pulp fiction. But agreed that the holy Grail is imo the most rewatchable movie of all time
Tom -just seing clips off the holy grail -it’s very offensive - how a mans face in place of the sun is used to depict god. I mean WTF is that? That shiit ain’t funny
Pocahontas, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Hercules, Mulan, Tarzan and The Emperor’s New Groove are also rewatchable
Pocahontas is fucking garbage
@@hckingking says the one with the fucking trash username. What are you 6 bahahahahaahahaaha
Watch inception, you won't get it the first time anyways 😂
nakul sindhwani I watched it one time only bro and absolutely loved it and understood it
Then interstellar works better, I actually understood inception the first time
I watched it once ,n understood it completely...idk the buzz about not understanding inception at first attempt..it's quite understandable at the first time.. everything was well explained
Watch memento then.
I've did Last week, and I must rewatch it for the third time 😂
For me, The Matrix will never get old.
+Austin Hicks they excluded triologies and series
StrongOaker I know. But its just one of those movies for me so.
To me, the sequels do not exist. As far as I am concerned, THE MATRIX is a standalone film.
Agreee. Jean Bodler and Plato have provided Matrix with most intresting perceptive concept of the world I've heard of so far and brothers had put em together in a very profound way ))
Big lebowski is not on the list
"Yeah well but that's just like your opinion man"
Two films (off the top of my head) that should be on this list;
-Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
-Friday
Fight Club is always rewatchable.
American Beauty?
Limitless?
I agree on Pulp Fiction and The Holy Grail.
The Big Lebowski!!
I rewatch it whenever i feel depressed....
1. The Matrix
2. Pulp Fiction
3. E. T. Extra-Terrestrial
4. The Terminator
5. Ferris Bueller's Day Off
6. Inception
7. Die Hard
8. Evil Dead 2 Dead By Dawn
9. The Princess Bride
10. Raiders Of The Lost Ark
As much as I love Disney and Monty Python, there is no way any movie other than Princess Bride can be #1!!!!
Goodfellas, Animal House, The Godfather, Clerks, This is Spinal Tap, Inglorious Basterds, Blazing Saddles, Apocalypse Now
The category was most rewatchable and I've rewatched all of those countless times. Have watched both Apoc. Now & Redux many times. It helped that it was in regular HBO rotation when I was in high school
Apocalypse now is filled with iconic lines and scenes and is just a perfect movie. definitely deserves to be on the list
"Burn the witch"
"She turned me into a newt"
"A Newt?"
"I got better"
whhat a film. so many quotable moments.
Forgot about that one ha ha ha
Martin Scorsese has made three that are among my films on heavy rotation: Good Fellas, Gangs of New York, and Casino.
Fight Club, The Usual Suspects, The Game, Shutter Island, Memento: all movies with a great plot twist that makes you wanna rewatch it over and over. Unlike M. Night Shyamalan's movies with plot-twists they still keep their fascination and some open questions even after a few rewatches (well, The Sixth Sense was somewhat ok when I rewatcht it, but The Others was boring already the fist time.). Not to mention movies by David Lynch like Lost Highway or Mullholland Drive: you can rewatch them endlessly ;-)
Come on I've watched The Dark Knight more than 8 times and this movie has the same level of captivation as the first day.Why the f##k is it not on this list.Plus did I forget to mention Shawshank Redemption , The Green Mile , Terminator Judgement Day,Jurassic Park and you chose Ponty the F##K
terminator, the dark knight and hurrasic are parts of trilogies or franchises and at the first of the video they excluded franchises and trilogies
+aized ali Do you know how many movies there are..? This list might aswell be named '10 movies watchmojo likes'..
Hmm but still I think they should make the cut.
why "The Shawshank Redemption" is not in this list? It should be first on list.
Harsh Barot so generic
You right
I watched it because of you people recommended it ;)
PULP FICTION IS 1 EASILY, AND GUMP TWO. but I have to admit, I've seen tenenbuams a couple of dozen times. just love it.
I could literally watch pulp fiction once a week for the next few years and it would never get old
