I never used my credit card to make NFC payment, rather I use my phone's tap and pay feature (Pixel 4a).

Went to lulu Kochi a few weeks back, made bout 10 transactions, my card's NFC worked only for 1 among them😅 Is it a problem with my card or with their POS machines🤔
Many will not have nfc in their POS machine. Also most transactions should be below 2000rs to work.
Usually NFS transaction limit set to default is around 2000.
So u can't pay beyond that using NFC
We can change that using Bank official app
May be that was the problem
It was not an issue with the limit
Had same experience at the hypermarket. I always pay by NFC if possible and have used it multiple times after then. So probably not our card's fault.

Samsung Pay useful ആണ്, പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് Note 20 series വരെ ഉള്ള device ൽ MST ഉം ഉള്ളത്കൊണ്ട് NFC ഇല്ലാത്ത POS machine ന്റെ സൈഡിൽ ടാപ്പ് ചെയ്താലും വർക്ക് ആകും, അങ്ങനെ ചെയുമ്പോൾ 4 digit Digital Card number ടൈപ്പ് ചെയ്തിട്ട് pin number കൂടെ ടൈപ്പ് ചെയ്യണം എന്ന് മാത്രം.. ഞാൻ Samsung Pay ആണ് എപ്പോഴും യൂസ് ചെയ്യുന്നത് physical card എടുക്കേണ്ട ആവശ്യം വരുന്നില്ല.. ഇപ്പോഴും NFC ഇല്ലാത്ത machines ഒരുപാട് സ്ഥലങ്ങളിൽ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്..

It doesn't work that way.The transaction will occur only if the card is taped on the POS machine very closely.When the card is in our purse it is protected by layers of the purse and our pants.So the transaction will not occur
