  • For runners, following good nutrition guidelines and healthy eating are not only important for overall health, but are also vital for improving running performance. Proper hydration and fuelling for runners can set the tone of their workouts and races. Therefore, one of the common questions that runners often have is what to eat before running, while running, and what to eat after running.

    Hi, thank you for the video and the valuable nutrition tips. I would like to ask about dairy(cheese, milk, yogurt...) products as a post workout recovery food, some are quite high on protein and fat but you didnt mention them. Would they be agood option for post running workout? thank you

    Good video, just a small issue I had:
    Wanting to come off as an expert is often times mistaken for overcomplicating things.
    Inserting 'GI' mid video is unnecessary, because the abbreviation is not used anywhere else in the video.
