Mini Update: OG&E Installing LED Street Lights along Highway 412

July 24, 2019. OG&E is replacing the old street lights along Highway 412 (Owen K. Garriott) with new LED models. Four trucks are leap-frogging their way eastward between 3rd and 30th streets. This is the first phase of the project.
