I am currently overweight and I felt miserable but this has motivated me it’s tough when you have little ones and a busy life I work 2 jobs from home but I now feel encouraged thank you so much
Just get some walking in. Get a stretchy band to to do arm curls, etc. While my Elliptical machine part (rollers) are on wait, I bought a small portable stepper (two pedals) really, with work out bands attached (Amazon) and just step step away, while doing the band curls, etc. But got to also watch the food intake, you know, calories in, calories out. I'm in the best shape ever; athletic slim build. better shape than 20 year old's.💪🏽🏃🏽♂
Diana looks amazing. Wow. She is so disciplined with her diet change, intermittent fasting, and working out routines. I struggled with my weight as well. I'm eating two meals a day and walking two hours a day, and have lost ten in one month so far. Such an accomplishment that Diana ran a marathon.

I'm not surprised to see Minji missing her mom during the race, but now even Jun was missing having her available all the time (for him to fuss at, lol jk) but it's good for them to see that everyone including their mama are individuals with their own dreams and goals, just like them! 💞

It's important to assert that this is a lifetime commitment and not a whim. In order to retain the great feeling of well-being, the commitment to a healthy lifestyle has to be maintained. Yes, there has to be periods of relaxation, and there will be cheat days but getting back on track will become second nature. I am so very proud of all that Dianna has,and will, achieve 😊🙌🏼What a great example for the twins 👏🏽
