@@teddydog6229 Texas accent is very similar as well as most South East States I'm from The Eastern Part of Tennessee but I live in Middle Tennessee now he maybe voice acting Idk heck he could be from California but his speech tone and dialect sure sounds like a South Eastern person it's really close to it In my opinion have a good day!
