I found a much easier way to complete it:
Land the helicopter on the top of the building to the left of the Chariot hotel, (it's all solid, just invisible) then exit the heli and go to the edge closest to Alex's penthouse, take the pics, rush to the heli and fly back to the studio

It's not about voyeurism. You're taking a picture of a public figure in a compromising situation. You're obviously going to use it to blackmail that person.

This mission reminded me of Paparazo The Sex Tape in GTA V where Poppy alerted them of filming a sex tape and then they started chasing them.

You can land your heli just outside that building, it has some strange platform, which is also high enough and big enough to land. Its like some kind of "balcony" no need to go through stairs, just land the heli take pictures and you can immediately fly away

this mission was easy, because instead of going inside the hotel, I just landed the chopper at the ledge in front of the JK Chariot (a.k.a. Vice City Langer in some versions), and just took the photos, and then return to the studio without having to shoot my way to the end of the mission.

In the front of the building, there is a small area which is lower than the pink marker, but u can still take pics from there
Mission would be easy af if the damn sparrow didn't take a half hour to in the air
I did it the alternate way, what I did is that I parked my helicopter on top of a ledge and I clicked some photos and I flew off into the film studio.

I haven't played this level in a long time, I literally don't remember because it's been so long since I last saw anything pertaining to this video & I drew a complete blank.
I think it will remain in your inventory with the remaining exposures, unlike San Andreas you can't save them or anything.
I wanted to hear more about the mashed potatoes LOL.
I couldn't find where I was supposed to take the pictures so I landed the helicopter in a crazy way and took the pictures. Now I can see that I've chosen the easy way.

@shubz1223 No, just most of them. Of the eight assets, I think from memory you need at least six, one of which must be the Printworks.
I get them all. Even the Boat House. Checkpoint Charlie is hard, but worth completing, IMO.

get all hidden packages
step two
wear the police uniform
step three
go to the military base
step four
get the hunter (the dark green heli)
step five
fly the hunter to the studio
step six
start the mission
step seven
follow the limo
step eight
take the pictures
step nine
assuming you haven't died trying to reach the heli fly to the film studio
step ten
save the game and don't come back to this dreaded assert ever
To avoid the fight with the FBI in the hotel land on the ledge in front of the hotel take the pictures , go to your mansion , get in a car go to Pay & Spray now head back to the studio .

This mission can be done in so many ways this is whats missing from modern Rockstar games the missions are designed to fail you if you move one inch away from specific path or forces you to choose the specific vehicle otherwise mission fails because Rockstar wants us to experience the game like a movie following orders very specific way
GTA 6 should keep a balance between cinematic cutscenes as well us allow freedom of approach in missions
The way i completed this mission was by
"I took the helicopter kept following candy till she got to the meeting
Then i landed my helicopter infront of the hotel(front of where candy is)there was a balcony where is landed heli
After that i get out of my heli and took 3 pictures of candy from the hotel
Then after i recieved 5 star wanted level i used the heli to escape and finish the mission

1# In the very begining, when Candy is walking to the limo, get your camera ready. Punch Candy once in the face, and as she falls with her legs spread, get your camera and take a pic with her legs spread,,,lol
2# Snipe The senator when he's standing next to candy lol (this is an automatic fail)

They changed it to the FIB to avoid legal problems with the FBI

Lol! You should think before putting cheats in story mode.
Try getting into the limo yourself and see if the cutscene triggers. If not then you have to play the game from the beginning and reach this point but don't use the cheat fannymagnet.
