For deep reach plugs i use a piece of rubber hose that fits snuggly over the plug to insert them, that way you don't need to drop them in and risk altering the plug gap, you can also start them off the same way and risk any cross threading.

This a great instructional video as well as letting us experience how to maintain this particular beauty! I love how you used the interior detailer spray then transitioned to bungee chord. Better than having a can or something proping it and risking knocking it off.

Good vid apart from showing the incorrect way to install spark plugs " Never drop a plug onto its hole" bad practice !! thread damage to plug & head can occur ... This is why a proper plug socket has a rubber insert to hold plug secure before attempting to start thread ... keep up the good work.

Excellent and easy to follow video. Cheers. Everything went well until the last spark plug (rear left hand side) rounded screw which i managed to hammer it off with a screwdriver. The £15 ebay pair blanking kit was easy

The 8th gen VFR torque specification is 12 lbf-ft (16 Nm) for the spark plugs.

Nice 👍 but I would do something about that rust on your oil pipes to and from your oil cooler.

Nice work! I've plugged the PAIR valve from the air box (and it did help the bike run smoother at low speeds and small throttle openings), but is there an advantage to removing it? Other than tidying everything up?
