I ordered a pc from Build Redux and it arrived with the gpu bent and the pc would not turn on. Customer service was very helpful and I sent my pc back. It took a bit to get my pc back but it eventually arrived. No issues since.
It’s sucks sams situation it turns on and everything but fans are full blast and no signal
Did they not have the option to ship your PC without the GPU installed?
I did this when I ordered from NZXT.

@@mylesriley2976 came and nothing broken. Super easy set up. Packaging was really nice. Looks sweet. Downloaded cyber punk 2077 and playing on highest settings with ray tracing. Looks amazing with 60+ FPS at all times. Loving it so far

Just a little note, I am the user of the LanCool 216 case (shown for the AMD configurator at Alexander) and it's pretty good! My only criticism of it, is that you can technically move the front I/O to be down on the side instead of the top, but there's no way to run the cables through while keeping both 160mm fans in the front, you would need to remove the bottom one or take out both and switch to a set of 140mm or 120mm instead. But otherwise, good case.
Hi, I’m looking to get a build redux with a i7 32 gigs and 4080 super. Would you say your pc overheats due to the mesh and all of that? And is it quiet?

And what recommendation if any would be good cooler for Ryzen 9 7950x?
Almost have the money to top off my build. Been saving for the xtx to pair with my 7900x build. Will be ready for the 8000 GPUs if and when they come.
Honestly i wanna game on 1440p with a ryzen cpu for stability on direct x12 games and in general so preferably the 7800x3d and a 4070ti or a 4080 probably 4070 ti

Yo! Great video. Very informative. I’m currently on Build Redux trying to put together a PC. My main game is rocket league, and I suppose if I played any other, it may be Fortnite and or call of duty. The PC I put together seems like overkill, my total came out to like around $2600. Can anyone help me decide what’s overkill what’s appropriate for rocket league? I would prefer to run it on 1440p

I wish Redux would add more options for cooling (air cooling for the AMD chips would be fine other than the top end ones...but even the 7800x3D can run great on a quality air cooler. They are not as power hungry as the Intel chips) and why not a single AMD options for GPUs? That's where the bang for buck is and it would be nice to see at least a few options.
Do you know if you pay over time for a Gaming pc, will they send it, and then you pay over time? Because I've been trying to figure that out because I'm thinking about buying one

was thinking of buying a PC from Build Redux but a reddit post with tons of negative comments about all the issues people are having with damaged parts, 2 month+ wait time and random software issue like blue screen and drivers, etc not being recognized.
Got me scared to use Build Redux now..
It doesn’t help that Linus is all over their marketing and people… don’t particularly like him. I’ve never bought a pre-built, but I’d suspect there are plenty of bad reviews just because of Linus.

I got the highest model last year and a year and a half later my motherboard fried had to pay close to 400 for a repair lol
I PLAY AT 1080P I MAX OUT ALL SETTINGS AND IT LOOKS GOOD ON MY 27 INCH LG GAMING MONITOR WITH I THINK ITS 165HZ 1 MS MONITOR IM HAPPY WITH IT
The only problem is they do sell you windows 11 pro and you can’t remove it

@@oSilverKingzit’s not that you can’t but you would have to look up a tutorial to install windows 10 and b4 doing that you’d have to buy the windows 10 os
You can choose to buy it with Linux instead. As for Windows, any SI that works with Microsoft will be selling Windows 11 at this point since Win10 support is ending.
What I meant was it’s an extra 200 dollars when you can get it for 20 on trusted websites

My build redux pc is currently cpu bound and no matter what I do or what their representatives say to do nothing works my gpu is currently reading 0 while my cpu is between 45/74 and games are unplayable. My build is a intel i9 149000k and rtx 4090
Just ordered the Ultimate. A little concerned about the cooling, otherwise excited to share my experience.
Please let me know how it goes. I’m on the fence for close to $4.500 I don’t know if it’s really a good choice
Shipping/unpacking: Got the PC today May 8th. Ordered April 30th (express build/standard shipping) With the standard ground shipping I was very surprised to find almost no damage on the box, one side of the tape was broken on the bottom center. Unboxing was super easy, came all the extra cables for each component. The interior foam was well fitted internally and has extra foam around the video card there was zero room for anything to come lose or move around internally. The only packaging concern I has was the top of the PC did not have any foam to protect the PC if the box was turned upside down. Nothing was loose or disconnect in shipping. The directions for removing the foam were for a different tower.
Performance: I'm not super savvy on all the "knows" for this. I'm running dual S3422DWG,34", WQHD 144Hz monitors with this. No benchmarks yet, however, I ran a few games (Star Citizen and Gray Zone Warfare) on max settings and the difference was astounding to say the least. GPU never got above 41*C. The tower looks amazing! The performance is unreal. I got the Ultimate as is with no component upgrades, I wish I had gotten the 2T.
I would 100% recommend Build Redux based on this purchase. No doubt in my mind it was well worth the money.
@@EarlyApex71nice I’m looking to get the ultimate and upgrade the ssd to a 2tb other than that it looks good. How’s the cooling system?
@@lewis19r It working and everything is running fairly cool. However, I found that CoolMaster and ASUS utilize a hub not controllable by MasterPlus. I'm still working out how to connect to it and control it.
@@lewis19r Seems to be working well. The cooler is plugged into an aux fan control board and cannot connect to the MasterPlus+ Software. The RGB can be adjusted with OpenRGB.
already purchased ym PC before finding this video in my recommended. ordered the Better 2nd tier option and upgraded the Cooler to the 360 and the storage from 1tb to 2 tb. hopefully i didnt fuck myself cause I didnt change anything else. so still a 750 power supply and the motherboard you didnt recommend
also got 34g ddr 4 dual channel.

Redux uses a cheap power supply, mine was fried after less than a year.
