Fundatura Ponorului is a stunning area located in the Sureanu Mountains, in the Hunedoara County, Romania. It is a place of natural beauty, with impressive landscapes. The name "The Hand of God" comes from the shape of the valley of the Ponor stream. The trail starts from the village of Federi and is a delight in any season.

Buna, cat dureaza urcarea din Federi in Fundatura?

Buna! noi am facut 3 ore cu muuulte pauze. Se mai poate urca o bucata de drum cu masina pentru a mai scurta traseul.

Fundatura Ponorului este o depresiune in Muntii Sureanu, strabatuta de paraul Ponor, care se pierde într-un perete de calcar si iese în pestera Sura Mare.

Da...dar 'legenda" spune ca se numeste "Palma lui Dumnezeu" din cauza de...frumusete,nu pentru ca are forma de palma!!!
