thank you for getting to know the boys. Stay is the fandom name. For Jinsung everyone calls him Han it might be easier to remember. This is not the best guide but it is a start and they do have some iconic moves. The horse mask is from one of their older m/v song Gone Days and on one of their Vlives Han wore the mask. it was super funny.

One thing this guide gets wrong is that they don’t have positions! They’re 8 rappers and 8 vocalists. The one thing to remember is the different “racha”s. 3RACHA (the original and a play on sriracha the hot sauce) which is Bang Chan, Han and Changbin. Then danceRACHA which is Lee Know, Hyunjin and Felix. And finally vocalRACHA which is Seungmin and I.N. Love your reactions! Welcome to stayville!

For Lee know(Lee minho) and Han(Han jisung), or as the shipped name given to them by stays, minsung, they are know as the best couples in skz, even tho they are NOT DATING, their friendship is the greatest and they call themselves soul mates, Lee Know is the savage one in skz but he is a total softy for Han.

*Seungmin is the most beautiful singer and you need to check out his compilation during Kingdom called Love Poem to really know Seungmin. Once you've actually researched Stray Kids you'll most definitely become a TRUE STAY. One thing I loved about your video is that you said that it's not gay to play around wit yo boyz. Guys who are secure with themselves have no problem joking around. It's so true.

Regarding 7:40-7:45, indeed its because its always easier to be close with the friends of the same gender so its normal that everyone who loves body closeness would show that to their friends as well, even if it looks a lil sus, its normal bro
Isnt skinship between the same gender more common on Asia. It might happen a lot less as people put labels on them but i know its more common for skinship like hugging and holding hands in korea and in general asian countries
Seungmin studied in LA for a few months when he was younger and learned his English there! Han learned English as a 3rd language in Malaysia when he lived there as well meaning there are 4 fully fluent members. Hyunjin lived in Las Vegas when he was really young but he was literally a toddler, tho he does have a good American accent when speaking, he often forgets words. Changbin has improved in his English speaking a lot! Felix explained that him and Changbin can finally speak English comfortably a while back. His accent can be a bit rough but his English is still really good! Jeongin knows a lot of random words and not much sentence structure but he can understand things good! And as for Minho, he struggles a lot with English and usually stays quiet during English interviews. He is fine with the basic few words he will speak with the members when clowning around but other than that he is quiet with it. In a lot of newer clips you'll see a mixture of Korean and English being spoken. Chan does a Vlive series called Chan's room as said and he speaks English and Korean during it! I recommend watching SKZ CODE! it's an amazing series on CZcams! It showcases the members really well and it's really funny! It's basically stray kids with (almost) no filter. They do things like flying yoga, snow activities, haunted house things, murder mystery, and just vacationing things! I also recommend 2kids room and heart kids room! Both amazing cute series. All of these things are on CZcams and you can find them with English subs on the stray kids CZcams channel in the playlists section!
In Korea, they describe features and appearances by animals.
Bang Chan (leader)- Wolf, I'm not 100% why but maybe bc he's the leader of his "pack" and he's also pretty charismatic and fierce on stage. He was actually born in Korea but raised in Australia
Lee Know- Bunny, his front teeth and big eyes look bunny like. He always looks serious but he has a soft spot for Han (First name Jisung and last name Han so he goes by Han). The part where u said guys sometimes act gay around each other perfectly describes Lee Know! Stays jokingly call him a confident gay bc of the stuff he says.
Changbin- Pabbit (A mix of a pig and rabbit) He is actually pretty buff as well but LOVES dark clothing. His voice has a nice grit or rasp to it which is my fav thing to hear when he raps! Even tho he is intimidating when he raps, he likes to act cute a lot lmao.
Hyunjin- Ferret (sometimes also a llama) He has cat eyes and he is long (the tallest member) like a ferret lmao. ppl call him drama llama bc he's so dramatic and it also shows in his dance style. His dance moves are big, elegant and sharp where as Lee Knows dance moves are more precise and sharp. He's learning English, he can understand it and is slowly becoming fluent.
Han- Quokka (looks like a squirrel) Mainly bc of his cheeks and the way he stuffs his cheeks when he eats. His voice is also a bit higher pitch which makes his rap sound energetic compared to Changbins dark and raspy rap. Since his voice is naturally higher pitched, his singing range is also insane!! He's also pretty fluent in English.
Felix- Chick, he just looks like a chick lmao his hands are small and his personality is very sunshine like. fun fact his Korean name means sunshine. Bc his voice is on the deeper end, he has very good control over his voice. That's why he can talk high pitched and even make mosquito noises. Aussie.
Seungmin- Puppy/Dog like features. He is considered the main vocalist so he gets the most vocal lines most of the time. He also went to school in LA for a bit so he is also fluent in English.
I.N- Fennec fox, Now that he's older u can definitely see his features more. He has "fox eyes" and very prominent cheek bones and a sharp jawline. He has been practicing his vocals so he was given more lines in this title track "Maniac" alongside Lee Know. I.N debuted w braces and now he's all grown up now lmao.
When I got into them, I thought I could just memorize their hair or sum HAAA no. learn from my mistakes and just try to memorize their faces/features

Yeah, the fandom name of Stray Kids (SKZ) is Stay. They already mention that one in all of Stray kids MV. "Stray kids everywhere all around the world you make stray kids stay".

here's how to pronounce their names cause you're struggling a little bit 😂
It's kind of hard to explain to someone who doesn't have much knowlege on korean/how korean names are pronouced, but bear with me
bangchan (its pretty straightforward): bang-chan (say chan like you would when you say jackie chan)
If this is too hard, you can just call him Chris, his english name.
lee know/minho: min ("min" is pronounced like it is in the word "minute") and "ho" like in the word "home" so its min-ho.
if his Korean name is too hard to pronounce, again you can just call him lee know, his stage name
han/jisung: gee-sung (gee is pronounced like the "G" in the abbreviation "OMG" or oh-em-*gee*) and "sung" is like when you sung a song (although its not proper grammar lol)
If jisung is too hard to pronounce, you can call him Han, his last name.
changbin: ch-ah-ng-bin (cha is pronounced like the "cha" in "gotcha" then just add "ng" to the end to make it chang. Bin is pronouced like the "bin" in "garbage bin" so chang-bin
hyunjin: h-yuhn-jin (the "yuh" is pronoucned like the "you" in the word "young" so it would be hyun, then jin, like how jin from bts' name would be pronouced. so Hyun-jin
felix is pretty straightforward, its an english name so I won't explain it.
seungmin: sue(like you're sueing someone) then add -ng to the end to make sueng (how its pronouced) then "min" (again pronouced like "min" in the word "minute"
jeongin: jawng-in ("jaw" prononced like the jaw on your head, then just add -ng to the end to make 'jawng' (how its pronouced) then in (pretty straightfoward, "in" like you're going IN a store.
If this is too hard, you can call him "I.N" his stage name

Stray kids is an 8 member group, but it used to be 9. One member left due to personal reasons, some clips can be quite old so you might spot someone not in the guide. We don't talk much about him nowadays.

Actually a little side note b/c ive seen a few people react to this same skz intro video for new stays but bangchan was not born in Australia he was actually born in korea and went there at a young age, felix is the only one in 💙S͓̽t͓̽r͓̽a͓̽y͓̽K͓̽i͓̽d͓̽s͓̽💙who was born in Australia and when Felix went to korea to become a trainee and be part of stray kids he actually knew a little bit korean. Stray kids also had a survival show (which i recommend u watch if u haven't) where they had to overcome challenges to see whether they would debut together or not. Also, they used to be a 9 member group until the 9th member had to leave to due to some personal reasons and are now an 8 member group but we still support the ex-9th member. Lastly if u have any more questions about the boys, Stays and i would be happy to help u on learning a bit more about them🤗🤗🤗
i dont think alot of stays support the 9th member after the whole chaos that happened after he left. like i wasnt a stay until dec 2020 so i had no idea there was even a 9th member until i watched guides and the survival show. like i know of him and he has a nice voice and i do wish him well with his solo career but that's about it. like im kinda glad he's no longer in the group bcz tbh, his voice just didn't fit their sound. and there's also a good majority of stays who dont like talking about him. then there are some stays (mostly stays after the whole ordeal, 2020 stays more specifically) who are cubes (his fandom name) and support him on his career while also supporting skz. but stays and cubes don't get along.

So basically how you pronounce their names in an "English way" is Bang (like a gunshot) chan (say the A the same way), I think you can pronounce Lee know so I won't do that one, Changbin you said it right (the A is the same like in Bang chan), Hyunjin (Don't say H-i-yunjin or H-ee-yunjin take away the i/ee it's just Hyunjin), Jisung you said right, Felix you said right, Seungmin (In korean if it's eu or eo you don't really pronounce the e so just say Sungmin), jeongin (as i said just take away the e so it's Jongin). I hope this helps a bit and remember this is NOT how you say it in Korean. Btw this is the 100:th comment! :3
