case 143 is about a group of boys ( stray kids ) who are attacked with the feeling of love, thats the big heart thing and thats why they do and say things that they dont mean to like felix saying "can i be your bf" to the turkey 😭 and 143 is code for 'I love you' . that being the amount of letters in each word so its like case love trying to figure out how to cope with it and why their in love i guess. im nt totally sure but check out jorden orme cause he explains it very easier than me 😅

Case 143 is a song literally abt stray kids being in-love and not controlling it towards the end. the title of the song is actually “Case I love you” since 143 means i love u. in the beginning u can see felix getting infected by the monster hearts. then eventually spreading with the rest of the group. In the felix part when he was getting slapped by the chicken was supposed to show how the chicken got infected by his words and ended up beating him up. then it got worst when felix in the background started going crazy while changbin was rapping and the virus started spreading with the regular stray kids. so then they called the police which was the other stray kids. and when Bangchan said 8-letters is all it takes i think he meant the 8 letters in ‘I love you’, plus the 8 members in the group. after that scene it showed the other monster hearts coming out of the regular skz members which made them put them in a fantasy world. so as regular skz was going crazy, the skz cops tried to unplug the plug thinking that it will make them stop being crazy, but then in the bridge it says ‘I’m gonna let you know (know)
That I’m just gonna go (go)
And hold you so I’m never letting go” which means that they will fall in love forever no matter what and will never stop. and the last part it shows them trying to get out of the screen which represents their feelings. which means they can’t hold it in anymore. i’m sorry if this sounds confusing but i hope it helps!

As for the story I believe it's about a tough boy finding out tender feelings like being in love for a person, represented by the furry hearts. Because they never felt like this, they investigate what's going on inside them like an inner police and make a police story out of it, they just can't let love be they gotta do all this xD - I feel because their brand of rap guys they wouldn't do a straight up cutesy love song or maybe they did and I'm talking outta mine, just sharing a thought --- xD
But one thing I wanna add to the explaination comment of @lovelytzu is that they unplug the brain toward the end and everything goes into chaos and so when they plug it back in, It's like they are accepting those emotions of falling in love. Like saying it's alright to feel those emotions. Anyways, just wanted to add that. And YASSS JORDAN ORME!! I LOVE his videos!

I also want to say that the hall way is the same one as the one in Venom. It amazes me how organized that JYP and stray kids are.
