- Save and Share my recipe for Dungeness Crab Sushi Bake. I used the meat of about 1 1/2 to 2 Dungeness crabs , 1/3 cup sliced green onions, 1/4 mayo, 2oz of cream cheese, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper and 1/2 tsp of garlic powder. And for the seasoned rice the ingredients are 3 cups cooked short grain rice, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil and a sprinkle of Fruikake. #sushibake #sushilovers #asianfood #asianrecipes

That is anything but healthy. Crab is a scavenger which is very unhealthy meat. If I were you, I would not call this healthy by any means.
