I have been using SophieThePuffin's Weighted Aspiration Calculator and what I love the most about it is the two different outcomes each aspiration can get based on the sim's personality. Like, a romance sim can be a serial "romancer" or a hopeless romantic. I also think that combined with the Traits Project it gives a lot more depth to the sim's personality.
