    I am sending you so much LOVE, Mariya. Infinite gratitude for you. These postures - and ALL YOUR VIDEOS help me tremendously. I've experience lots of migraines since a child and now feel tension that brings nausea in neck + shoulders. Still on my journey to better health but you make it all the more enjoyable.     Was so frustrating to do but for the amount of time I did hold the poses, I definitely noticed a significant difference in my lower back and in between my lower abdomen and back pain. Will keep coming back to this practice until I’m a pro! Thank you 🙏✨
