The classic Arsenal green/blue kit.
One of THE most valuable shirts if you can find one.
Still trying
No premier league hype. Happy days
Football now is a hybrid form. Totally different playing. I hate the perfect pretty pitches & a ball from outer space. No tackling, that's not football. Look at rugby, I don't feel alienated watching today. Where are the midfield battles. That ball is so fast now that there's no time on & with the ball.
Good days for The Reds. I was at this game
Takes me back
Quite weird seeing John Hollins still playing. He's probably older than the manager!
Coventry wearing their "TV" Kit.
Proper presenters got on with football points unlike Gary Lineker
MoTD on a Sunday afternoon just wasn't right.
My 17th Birthday. Was at Swansea v Southampton if I'm correct.
Poor davis getting 2 off side goals , wasn't his day , great to watch
Half time whistle stops a corner being taken. Wouldn't see that today.
Allan Simonsen
Now that's a chin!
Coventry City
These games were not bad to watch, but lacked the passion and entertainment of late 60's to mid 70's football.
Loved 70’s English football
Ye was something about sixties an 70s football
Really poor away support by Arsenal in those days!!
