2005-2014 S197 Mustang Exhaust Over Axle Pipes: Removal, Install, Resonator Delete, & Sound Clips

In this video, Landan explains, removes, and installs some over axle pipes specifically for 2011-2014 Mustangs. However, these same talking points and installation steps can be used for 2005-2010 Mustangs.
The other exhaust components on this car excluding the over-axle-pipes are stock manifolds, o/r x-pipe, and OEM 13-14 GT500 quad tip mufflers.

08:20 - Check the muffler alignment & adjust accordingly.

09:33 - Make sure the piping is clear of sensitive areas.
10:05 - Check for exhaust leaks.
10:15 - Post installation feedback.
10:59 - Standing revs w/ resonators.

11:41 - Standing revs w/o resonators.

sounds so good, but wondering if I do same setup on 11 GT, will it sound exactly same? because I believe the there is difference between 12 and 13 gt500 mufflers, am I right on this? or the only difference is just the tips?

I've never cut either one open to see the inside. They sound the same to me, so I'm assuming the only difference is the tips. Hope this helps! -Landan

Not really related to this video but have you ever considered dynoing a 89 to 95 thunderbird sc. In my opinion if considered it a unique ford and responsible for the superchargerer wars of the 2000s and 2010s
