I would love a video about hats/caps ettiquette and when/how to remove them. I understand you are to remove them when eating/entering a place? And what if you are on a terrace dining? only wear them outside? Is it indifferent whether you dine indoors or outdoors? if you take if off, where do you lay it? should you caress your hair to make sure it is neat? What about wearing a hat to church? What about inside a church wedding? I would love to know what would be the correct etiquette. What about hat/cap and gloves also? Umbrella? Thanks so much. I believe it is important to know how to properly behave with all the 'extras'.
In private places, restaurants, movies, and church hats are off. Hold the inside of your hat facing your body. In public places, hats can be worn.

Could you make a video just on gloves I have been trying to find what type of gloves and the color for everyday as well as events. I see pictures of women in the 1950's with glove but we are no long taught how and when to wear them. As for taking off your coat what do you do if you are older and to arthritic to reach behind you?

the sunglasses in the shirt im not sure if it would work well for me when im wearing a scoop neck or v neck style top because it would pull the shirt down too low and expose to much? but i agree that on the head doesnt look great and its not comfortable
Thank you for sharing. How should we handle a tote with a strap that is not large enough to be placed on a shoulder. I recently purchased a tote that does have a separate thin strap to wear on the shoulder but prefer to not attach that one and instead use only the smaller strap that will fit on my forearm, but not my shoulder. Is it tacky to walk with the bag hanging from the forearm?
I love wearing gloves during non-winter seasons as well, but they always get in the way of using smartphone 😀 and I don't like the gloves which have attached finger grips, they don't look elegant at all :/ so I am not sure often which one to compromise...

How does one approach sunglasses that are prescription? If I take off my sunglasses to meet and greet someone for the first time, I am virtually blind and I cannot see to make eye contact. While I could see blobs when stepping up very close, stepping back I cannot see enough to pick up any cues…do I immediately put the glasses back on? How quick is too quick? Also, my eyes are very light sensitive, so I “squinch” my eyes in even moderate light; the sunglasses also help me not appear like I am always squinting…would I keep them on and say I am very light sensitive to avoid all the awkwardness?

Hi Jamila, can you please make a video on hats and caps? I always feel very insecure wearing hats for fear that they fly off my head. It's impossible to have days that have no winds and even breezes can make my hat fly off my head! I have a small head so my hats/caps are always a bit loose. But I don't want to have a big head too which hats and caps flatten and distort my hair! I always love wearing them to protect from the harsh sun but it is very annoying dealing with the windy elements! Thank you!

I wanted to ask if it is appropriate to wear sunglasses at a graveside funeral? It was a sunny day. I was at a funeral recently wearing sunglasses and found one other person only who was wearing sunglasses as well.
Intuitively, I’d say it’s appropriate (it should always be considered appropriate to protect your eyes tbh), if your general get-up reads “funeral”-or whatever the tone it is that eccentric types prefer for their earthly farewells. A brimmed hat would be the first option to deflect the direct glare from the sun, but in case of reflected/bounced light it’s good to have eye protection as well. Put on and remove as is fitting to the setting.
