I go with the semi automatic upgrade *rank 5*, suppressor, 10 round mag, and the muzzle for closer shot grouping. it takes roughly 3 shots to take out a gunship. a close second would be the MRS-71 with .308 ammo *yes you can build the PSG-1, but I make a rather close quarters version. with the pistol under barrel for utility.* MRS-71 custom: barrel: MRS SR barrel mag: .308 x20 stock: MRS AD stock muzzle: M2000 B-muzzle muzzle a: sup GP-W (R2) flashlight: yes laser sight: no under barrel: D114 UDBL- CB scope: I leave to general preference, but I am a fan of RF scope (2-8x) *range finder does not exceed 200m, however, shots have exceeded this range by nearly double.* this is my main work horse for S's n G's, but overly useful for fob battle where killing reduces hero rank. shoot to wound, and fulton. you get more hero rank that way due to lifesaver bonus. although you are using a shorter barrel you have very few draw backs to this, and can use this weapon in small buildings with ease; also can be used for interrogations at close range. you can even snipe with the D114 UDBL- CB at long range, however, it takes practice. when done right NPC's cannot hear it fire claiming your using a suppressor. the price tag however, may not be ideal even not maxed out. 9590 GMP would be the least you can expect to spend for the same equal effectiveness. hip primary custom build the patriot from MGS 3, or famas *custom build with .223*. best secondary hands down..... AM D114 CB, or MACHT 37K. this is speaking lethal weapons wise on all accounts. explosives are cool and all, but i'm expecting more nerfs to come to those for online play. lol 1-4 shots from any of the above weapons is generally a kill/ mortal wound. statistic wise those are about the odds *1 in 4 chances* of someone landing consecutive shots from your average rocket launcher *indirect hits at 30 meters or closer*. the difference is a massive firing rate bonus with very little reload time. granted I play on PC, and use a after glow controller. so maybe i'm just dealing with people who can't aim.

I thought it was cool that you could build even more than one base. So many weapon upgrades for your buddies and helicopter... It's enough to keep you playing. Even leaving the system on so you can send the guys out on missions so they can make you money while your not playing. Turning the system off while you have a weapon being created or upgraded will make it be in the same state it was in when you turned your system off. But yeah I could write a book on all the stuff you can do... Well technically they did already in a players guide. But anyway. Yeah bro.

The anti material rifle can destroy tanks I tried the semi auto version and hit a tank from the side like 7-10 times quickly and set it on fire. Also if you unlock the weapon customization, equip a drum magazine on the 7.62 semi auto sniper rifle, you get about 300 bullets. one bullet is enough to take down a soldier. I use it on fob and kill the entire security team with it.
sadly there is no skill involved in this MGS game. Whenever i go against most players they use launchers and grenade launchers to kill you. Ive killed them 4 times before they got me. The games online is nothing but sniping and rocket launchers. COD has infected it.

The most overpowered weapon is the hand of jehuty. On FOB, it makes even the most secured of FOBs crumble like a sand castle. It's ridiculous how much range it has and you grab virtually anyone especially snipers on the floors above you.

You can actually shoot down sniper towers with the Brennan sniper. It's pretty sick. I believe by the way the unofficial name for MGS5 is Fulton Extraction, not Phantom Pain. Had about 2000 soldiers in the end, and god knows how many vehicles. Great way to make money, fulton weapons and vehichles, and sell them with profit

The most brutal weapon is a supply drop onto an enemy's head.
You play stealth all the way to the end. Then you find out the truth. Then you switch to lethal and let your rage loose.

not necessarily. Most of my team are A+ lowest so the junk recruits go either to combat or waiting lobby then i just kick em off

The most overpowered weapon is the hand of jehuty. On FOB, it makes even the most secured of FOBs crumble like a sand castle. It's ridiculous how much range it has and you grab virtually anyone especially snipers on the floors above you.
THIS! Its literally the most useful tool, plus even if you grab someone who is facing you, they are automatically turned away from you after you grab them.
also that sniper can kill Quiet and the skulls with 1-3 shots, and makes the hard vertions much easier to fight
They added guns like the tornado revolver ricochet bullets and semi auto suppressed version of that rifle
You can actually shoot down sniper towers with the Brennan sniper. It's pretty sick. I believe by the way the unofficial name for MGS5 is Fulton Extraction, not Phantom Pain. Had about 2000 soldiers in the end, and god knows how many vehicles. Great way to make money, fulton weapons and vehichles, and sell them with profit

The grenade launchers in this game are fantastic. You can wipe out an entire outpost in seconds and still have ammo for about 3 more LOL!
You can 1 shot the gunship with the Brennan. It pierces the cockpit glass and you can snipe a pilot, takes it down in 1 hit
I'm just sad they didn't put in the Patriot and Snake's m1911 custom. Anyone know if you can get Skullface's lever action shotgun?
