What windows theme do you use?

how do I use the MultiMode Cocca?
It is only on Mac OS X aka the only operating system that doesn't matter
I actually forget the interface but you'll probably have to configure it to receive EAS / NOAA tones using the top-screen menus

Whole different ballpark my friend, you'd probably need Multimode Cocoa or HeatCats' cool EAS encoder thing which I think he keeps under wraps

How do I decode it into human readable text?
by using your ninja force and by that I mean you're gonna research what it all means, its not hard tho just search for S.A.M.E. encoding and codenames
@@SleepySage I’m so dumb, I thought ninja force was a machine for that stuff. Where can I start doing this?
@@SleepySage I did get to find out what type of warning it is, (that is actually really helpful since it can be used to detect if it’s fake or not) Also how do I figure out the area? I tried inputting the numbers into anything I know, nothing came up.
Also how do they get the message for the warning? Is it encoded inside the header? Or is it sent alongside the EAS transmission?

@@squidiskool uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhh ZCZC alerts decoders, WXR is the issuing (weather radio office), FFA is a flash flood watch, i think thats the SAME code for the counties, the next thing is the time active, and the end is just funny business.
I stopped being as much of EAS enthusiast as i was, but thats my description powered by sugar and lack of sleep
