You have been so helpful to me. I still do your videos most days. I have had key hole now and a hugely improved though underlying arthritis remains. You helped me get moving again when I was so desperate. I only wish I could afford to do your course and will do so when I can. But I just wanted to say thank you anyway. This one is brilliant.
Hi Kim! I am so glad these videos have been helpful for you! Keep at it ❤️
Hi, your videos are great and so helpful, the best physio advice I have ever had!. I am a postwoman in the UK with osteoarthritis in my knee, I stand, walk and climb stairs all day long, I am hoping to strengthen up with some of the exercises you suggest. Thank you so much
you're welcome!! Glad you are here!
A bone spur in my right heel keeps me from walking distances longer than 20 min. I love to go on longer walks and hikes. How can I increase my walking? So far my only modification is to sit and rest 10 minutes every 15 min. This really makes me rule out many walks in my local area, and friends I would like to walk with. Any other ways to increase walking time? Thanks.
It is okey to walk with grade 3 artrosis? I need advice
Have you ever included any movement info/times for severe hip arthritis with anterior pelvic tilt?

is there away to help prevent your knees giving way😊
building strength and balance can be helpful for most!
do knees always give way with osteoarthritis or is it just in some cases I have osteoarthritis in my knees and this is one of my fears
It really depends and most of the time it isn’t everyone but one of the main causes of feeling unstable can be strength deficits ☝🏽
