PRIAZO ITALIAN PIE | STUFFED PIZZA | PIZZA HUT RECIPE | Meals | 4K

    Dough making
    Ingredients:
    Flour - 3 cups
    Powder milk - 2 tbsp
    Salt - 1 tsp
    Castor sugar - 1 tbsp
    Instant yeast - 1-1/2 tbsp leveled
    Oil - 1/4 cup or 4 tbsp
    Egg - 1
    Lukewarm water - as required
    Method:
    First mix all dry ingredients then add wet ingredients to it. Rub the mixture with hands to make it crumbly then start adding lukewarm water until the dough binds then knead it until it leaves the ball. Once the dough is ready cover itnand let it rest in a warm place for an hour. After an hour the dough has doubled in size then simply rub a tsp of oil in your hands and knead tjr dough again to push all the air out of it. Lastly, divide the dough into two equal halves.
    MINCED MEAT STUFFING:
    Ingredients:
    Oil - 2 tbsp
    Onion - 1
    Minced meat - 250g
    Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
    Salt - 1/2 tsp
    Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
    Cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
    Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
    Tomato - 1 (blended)
    Turmeric powder - a pinch
    All spice powder - 1/4 tsp
    Tomato ketchup- 2 tbsp
    Method:
    Add oil to a pan along with onion and cook until golden brown now add minced meat along with ginger garlic paste and cook it for a while now add salt, red chilli powder, Cumin seeds powder,coriander powder and cook again for 5 min. Add blended tomato and turmeric powder, cover it with a lid and let it cook until it dries up. Once the mixture dries out add in all spice powder, tomato ketchup, mix it well and set aside.
    Topping and baking:
    Grease 9 inch pan with oil and evenly spread one half of the dough and prick holes in it. Spread pizza sauce, leaving half inch border on all sides then sprinkle cheddar cheese now top it with prepared minced meat mixture then add onion, capsicum, mushrooms, green and black olives, mozzarella cheese. Now add second layer or dough on top of first and secure the ends properly. Prick holes and brush it with an egg wash and place it in a 180° preheated oven for 15 minutes. After 15 min, top it with ketchup and mozzarella cheese now place it in oven and bake it for another 10 minutes or until golden brown in color. Now cut it into desired shape and serve.

    Dont even have to try it to tell you it doesnt taste right. The original priazzo had a large percentage of corn flour in the dough.
