Day in the life? Speedy track session! Mizuno Neo Vista Launch!

- Come spend a (non-typical) day with me as I start the morning with a track workout before heading to Stratford for the launch of a new Mizuno shoe! It was great to spend the day with some of the key figures in the London running community and see what exciting things Mizuno have coming up.

Remember buying a pair of Mizuno for £80 back in 1988 they were a shocking trainer never again, went to High-tech silver shadow. Now I use the adidas racer, prefer a very light trainer for the rough terrains. Looking great in training look forward to the next video thanks.
They’ve definitely changed since then 🙌🏼💪🏼 I’ve only worn Mizuno since the age of 6 😱😂 and love them! Thank you for watching!! ☺️💪🏼

I used to run in one pair til they got trashed. Maybe why my knees are so bad now. Also have you always run on the balls of your feet or did you progress? All the best.
Yes of course!!! That’s on my list of videos to do 🥳🙌🏼 I have always! I did a lot of running technique & form work with a coach I had when I was younger and since then I’ve always run on the balls of my feet :)

Is it true to size?
I size up in all trainers generally, and wear my standard size for these :) so yes! I would go for whatever size you usually wear in trainers 🙌🏼
