@@MedicosisPerfectionalis I have hyperprolactinoma, adhd, low testosterone. have an MRI on 8th April for finding it out whether secondary/tertiary hypogonadism. I just saw the first 3 minutes which all play a role in making prolactin (no other youtube channel said with this clarity), and went to search for TRH possibilities to test in a blood test, which is time consuming and not essential, it seems. Now I have to rely only on an MRI. Thanks for the video!

Fascinating, prolactin and dopamine are very prominent in Ray Peat's writings.

Hi medicosis, I'm a fan of your teaching.I hope you will increase the duration of your subscription or reduce the price per month. I know you work a lot for the content but as an Indian lower middle class family it's just too much for me

Hello, Quick question , why isn’t the PRH ( prolactine releasing hormone ) the one responsible for releasing prolactine ? Thank you for the video ❤

Doctor, can increased prolactin cause galactorrhoea even in a setting of a hypogonadism where in the alveoli of the breast are underdeveloped?

please I have a question related to oestrogen and progesteron ,it is mentionned in our book that oestrogen stimulate prolactin secretion, while the progesteron inhibits it, is it true? beecause u said in the video that oestrogen not only block the activity of prolactin but also inhibits it's secretion please
